What kept this from being a 5 star review were the issues with the Title/Escrow company they chose (Fidelity). The paperwork was incorrect when Fidelity came to my house to close. The payoff amounts were not correct. Once we did close, a week had gone by without the payoffs being sent by Fidelity. These were Fidelity's issues, not Peter and TILAs, but it was the company they chose for this part of the process.
