I would highly recommend avoiding Jason Nahon and Accelin. This has been the most confounding experience imaginable. Initially, Jason and Accelin seemed like a really great, authentic option for refinancing our home. He seemed very trustworthy, and the rates were good so we decided to move forward with them and close conversations with other options.   We started our application, then he completely ghosted us for weeks - except for what turned out to be his automated emails that kept inviting us to reach back out... and, unfortunately, worked on us. We were calling and emailing nearly daily to follow-up on the outstanding details. Calling the main office didn't help as they just informed us that only Jason had access to our application and that we couldn't switch loan agents. So, in the end, after weeks of diligent follow-up we're now scrambling to get new quotes and wrap up our loan elsewhere. And, of course, rates have gone up over this period. Huge bummer. read more

I get it. Refinance rates are really low, the Adverse Market Refinance Fee is ending, we continue to suffer the effects of COVID-19, and people are busy. So why bother advertising a low rate on bankrate.com if there will be no follow through? I communicated interest in refinance information with Accelin last week via bankrate, and received a voicemail and email from an employee. The email seemed automated, asking me to reach out for a quote, or to apply with an embedded link. Very hesitant to apply without more info, I instead replied to the message, briefly describing our past refinance experience, as well as what we were interested in pursuing right now. I asked if I needed to apply for the quote, and was told I didn't, but to answer several questions. I did so. I was told a response would be provided in a couple days. It wasn't. What I have received are a few communications asking me to contact the representative since I'm interested in a refinance. I responded to the first one, a text, saying I had sent the requested information, and asking if it was received or if I should resend it. Crickets. A couple more texts/emails from the rep since then indicate that no one appears to be reading my email/text replies. A waste of my time and theirs, too. read more

The entire refinance process was very smooth. Both Nam and Jennifer made the loan process easy. Everything was done electronically and the final signing was done by a notary coming to my home. I got a great rate with minimal closing costs. Will definitely consider Accelin for my future mortgage needs. read more

So, I started my refi in April (today's date is 6/8/20). After multiple calls, voice mails and emails, every week, I have to say I'm very disappointed. Not a single response. Out of all that I got a phone call answered one time. Honestly, it seems she answered the phone on accident. Dave was very responsive with a lot of confusing answers to a new customer.
