Disgusting unsanitary practice of having disinfectant next to the beverages.
    Janice M.

I didn't see the server until the end of the meal when she gave me my check. She didn't check if I need water, or other drinks. I had to serve myself. They're happy to get your money/ tips, though. The cleaning disinfectant is next to the milk, water, and other beverages. No wonder my allergies are acting up! Check my posted photo of the unsanitary server area.

$21 for a vast selection of cold cereal???

Have come to the Atrium for over a decade. Always have loved it. But this time we came and were shocked by the lack of their selection of food. The massive dessert area was replaced with large bowls of cold cereals. No chef making peach flambé. No cheese selection. It's like they got rid of 60% of the food, but kept the price the same. Looks like memories at the Atrium will forever be just that... Memories. Sad

The atrium is a very classy and beautiful restaurant definetly somewhere you need to go especially for the view! I got the cuban sandwhich and I loved it packed with flavor! I wasn't to thrilled with the mac & cheese however management handled it very well took it back made me a new and took it off my check. Overall very pleased and I loved my waitress Amelia L. Very personable and took care of the table amazingly!

Don't order the smoked salmon. Unless you have a cat.

The Aerie - Bleu cheese salad on some kind of radicchio *NOT GOOD*

Located on the top floor of The Cliff Lodge, the ambiance is gorgeous. I had extremely high hopes…read morefor my experience here and they fell flat both times we dined here. I had trouble with the elk meatball pasta. The balls were very tough and tasted gamey. The pasta wasn't thick pappardelle ribbons as noted on the menu, but rather thin like linguine. The $18+ dollar soups were anticlimactic (especially for the price) and needed more substance. The children's pasta was very salty and wasn't made with homemade pasta. The salmon entree looked beautiful on the plate however the fish was medium rare to rare and not as flaky as I hoped. The blue sauce had no actual flavor and was scant. The papaya salad was weird to say the least and tough. Possibly the worst plate of food had to have been the salad I've pictured, with some spotted radicchio. Super bitter and inedible. We sent it away and noticed the table next to us also complain about theirs. The other salad that we replaced it with was just okay and needed more elements. On a positive note, the staff were really friendly and polite and the complimentary bread with honey butter was delicious. My recommendation is to skip this restaurant and walk down to the Steak Pit.

The wagyu osso buco was good, very tender, but the seasoning/flavor was not superlative. I enjoyed the mushroom bolognese tagliatelle the most (it was the most flavorful, and was filling). The coconut gelato was absolutely fantastic (creamy, rich, yet vegan), but I believe I had the same gelato at SeventyOne so it's not solely available at the Aerie. A friend had dinner at the Aerie the evening before and was disappointed in the mushroom appetizer, celery veloute, and sea bass (which she said was overcooked). So it's possible I enjoyed dinner also because my expectations were tempered. The ambiance is terrific with the tremendous windows and view Service was reasonably attentive, especially the sommelier Given the price/value alone I'd probably rate 3.5 but the ambiance bumps it to a 4

I ordered Bacon, Scrambled Eggs, Potatoes, and Sourdough Bread Toast. The breakfast was good. An average breakfast but the best part was the view. It was spectacular. In my opinion the prices are quite steep for breakfast. The breakfast plate was twenty two dollars but that's to be expected staying on a ski resort. The customer service was good and could be quite slow at times.

My husband and I decided to try this place for brunch after church and Since it was the off season,…read morewe knew there would not be lot of people there. Upon arrival we requested patio seating, where a large party was also seated. The server was a little slow to acknowledge us, however as she was helping the large party we let it go. We did overhear someone from the large group they wanted to order biscuits and gravy and was promptly informed they were out (this was about 10 am - posted business hours were from 8 am to 4 pm). The patio was had great view, the weather was perfect and of course being in the off season hardly many visitors It took the several minutes after taking their order to finally stop by. My husband ordered the black bean with chicken and informed they were out. So he opted for the Caesar salad with chicken and I ordered the eggs Benedict; he chose to stick with water and I ordered a n iced tea. When our order was brought it, it looked great. And was brought out by someone who was not our server. However my eggs were very overcooked; husband's salad had too much dressing. Not once did our server come by to check on either us or the large party until it was time to pay. My husband ended drinking the water brought to us when we're seated and I drank my iced tea slowly to make it last for the duration of our meal. We did observe another couple who was seated on the patio about the time we placed our order, the server was very attentive to them. Additionally there was a single young man also seated about the same time who was ignored by the server for good length of time.

First of all each of our selections cost $19 which was around what we expected for a restaurant in the area. We started out with the mussels and fries. They were very good. The fries remained crispy even in the broth from the mussels. The garlic aioli was tasty. The rest of the meal was poor. My spouse had the fish tacos. They were served on a plain, cold corn tortillas that could have come straight from the supermarket. The batter for the fish was flavorless. The crema also was flavorless. It was served with plain white rice with no spice or herbs added. My wife wasn't even tempted to try the black beans. I had a cob salad with no bacon. The flavor was fine, nothing to write home about, but I kept having to pull brown chunks of lettuce out of the salad. The waitress offered to bring me another salad, but I didn't want anything else from there. I left much of the salad uneaten. Even without the brown lettuce, the salad alone was not a nineteen dollar salad. It is unlikely that we will return. The mussels were nice, but the rest really ruined it for us.
