I had a voucher from DOMOpalooza here for $40 here and I was told all restaurants would take it, so I got a few beers and a salad and I was told by my server that they would not take the voucher. I used the voucher last year at the same place. I got the Asian salad, it was okay. I couldn't believe they didn't tell their servers to honor the thousands of people coming in from the DOMO conference. I blame it on the server, I saw him look at my DOMO nametag on my neck and he didn't ask if I knew that the voucher wasn't good there. Again, not going to a manager to make this right. So there's not many options at Snowbird for good food, or at Cliff Lodge. If possible, is avoid The Atrium. On paper they look great, in reality they're not good. We stopped in because they had modifiable options for a vegan. Apparently their veggie sandwich can't be done without cheese? That was the first signifier that everything is pre-made and sitting, waiting for you to order it. I asked the server about taking it off and before I could even finish my sentence, the answer was no. Granted he did spend 10 minutes talking to another server and avoiding us, his one table, putzing around, so getting food made to order didn't seem to be the biggest concern. And with asking about getting cheese not being on my sandwich, no way. Couldn't be bothered. Aka: you got dietary restrictions, good luck, we're not going to help you. I ended up ordering the kid's PB&J because it was the only non-dairy, non-meat optipn on the menu. And then I got it... My bread we as hard as a rock. Clearly had been sitting for a while. Very pre-made. My mom's turkey sandwich was also horrible. She tried to eat the turkey our of the stale bread of her sandwich, but that was way too dry. I hate saying all this because the staff was so friendly, except when the server took 10 minutes to greet the table. Every other interaction and meal we had at Cliff Lodge was great. Lack luster. But for some, will do in a pinch. The Atrium, in essence, is just a place to sit and eat. They make everything for lunch in a kitchen elsewhere, and thus, said they couldn't remove feta from a sandwich for me to eat. They said they could remove chicken from a salad... but... uhh no. They allow options of taking your food to go or sitting and eating, and I very much suggest the first option, other wise you're paying for service of someone grabbing something from a case and bringing it to you. For lunch, the Atrium has.... a single vegan option (since they can't accommodate taking things off), and that's their house salad. It was an $8.50 house salad that was seriously nothing special. Lettuce, 3 slices of tomato, 3 slices of cucumber, some carrot shavings. It was pretty pitiful, and annoying with "resort prices" as it definitely did not fill me at all. I ended up also getting a bag of chips (which were given to us for free) to feed me something of substance. I expect more from Snowbird, especially when it comes to diets, as they are getting visitors from all over the world. The Atrium is one I shall not visit again in the future until there are options for me to eat. read more

I'm almost at four stars just for the bacon and sausage. They are very good. I've eaten here a number of times for breakfast, both paid for by the company and even with my own money. That says something. Historically, the breakfast has been a straight forward copy of any business class hotel for business class hotel money. In other words, run away. It still walks that line, but that bacon and sausage saves things. The facility is excellent. The service is spotty. It usually starts out well, but after getting that first cup of coffee, it's going to be tough to get another one. I don't think I've ever had the server stop by regularly until after hunting them down. So, in the end, it's pretty good, but I'd go elsewhere if there were other options I thought better. I didn't see the server until the end of the meal when she gave me my check. She didn't check if I need water, or other drinks. I had to serve myself. They're happy to get your money/ tips, though. Have come to the Atrium for over a decade. Always have loved it. But this time we came and were shocked by the lack of their selection of food. The massive dessert area was replaced with large bowls of cold cereals. No chef making peach flambé. No cheese selection. It's like they got rid of 60% of the food, but kept the price the same. The atrium is a very classy and beautiful restaurant definetly somewhere you need to go especially for the view! I got the cuban sandwhich and I loved it packed with flavor! I wasn't to thrilled with the mac & cheese however management handled it very well took it back made me a new and took it off my check. Overall very pleased and I loved my waitress Amelia L. Like most reviews, beautiful views and service but food was meh. Mothers day buffet was cold even the carving station. Limp bacon, smelly salmon, and cold eggs benny. Everything cold like sushi and shrimp was good but really disappointed especially for the price. Came here a couple of years ago and remember the food being much better. I wanted something special for my mom and my 2nd mothers day but it wasn't impressed. read more

Eugch! We stayed at the Cliff Lodge and, for proximity's sake, opted for the breakfast buffet. Now, I DO realize that it is a buffet, but it was NOT at all GOOD. There was something off about the coffee, though my daughters Americano was ok. The biscuits were painfully dry and the gravy, overly greasy, the fruit was under-ripe. If this were a Holiday Inn or something similar with a complimentary buffet- fine, I can walk away from that and chalk it up to "you get what you pay for," but this was $20 per person! I am updating my first 1 star review...I tried this place for lunch to see if the set up was different and what the food was like...it's actual full service which worked better. I got the vegetarian Sandwich and salad which was good. I would have lunch here again but definitely not breakfast. Original review...Such weird set up for breakfast, there is a hostess stand that serves absolutely no purpose bc it's almost like a Starbucks with more items displayed in the window... a bizarre combination of breakfast items mostly Sandwiches we and quiche which they heat up when u order not impressed and dessert items 1/2 of which are not labeled at all and weird for breakfast like panna cotta .i wanted scrambled eggs but they could not make that... what breakfast place doesn't have scrambled eggs. I just heard French music in the background Maybe they are trying to achieve a French bistro theme... whatever it is none of it is working. They should definitely listen to their customers feed back. Beautiful views...not much else. Tried one of their salads on a limited lunch menu. Order came out about 2 minutes later....chicken not cooked to order. Salad was just ok. On the smallish side. Waiter also avoided eye contact...very strange and uncomfortable for me as a guest....what's this guy's problem? Probably would recommend the Mexican restaurant here over this place. read more

While staying at Snowbird, one of the restaurants serving breakfast was the Atrium. We had breakfast there twice, and it was delicious! They have a fabulous buffet with everything from eggs, bacon, sausage, French toast, pancakes, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal and granola. The atrium serves pre-prepared food yet it took 30-45 minutes for us to get our soup and sandwiches. The soup was a little warmer than room temp and even when we asked for it to be reheated it came back just warm, not hot. The food was not great. We opted for the breakfast buffet instead of the "grab and go" offerings. Not impressed, if you are going to have such a limited number of items, keep them stocked. The views from this restaurant are the best part of the restaurant. My husband and I have been here a few times for breakfast, and have always gotten the breakfast buffet. It's not anything special, but its good food in a beautiful place. Can't complain. read more

We came for lunch and everything was adequate after a full morning on the slopes. Good beer selection and service was reasonably attentive.its a little devoid of personality for being in such proximity to Snowbird, but it gets the job done. Of course, prices are a bit inflated because you're a pretty captive audience. Lots of windows looking out at the mountain is probably the highlight. read more

Super sad to have to give only two stars. And one of those stars is purely for the great staff- the good gets one star! We have been coming to have brunch at the atrium for years, almost every anniversary, our birthdays and Mother's Day our family has always looked forward to brunch in the atrium at the Cliff Lodge. We would come have brunch on the patio, there was two huge long rows of the yummiest gourmet food choices a dessert table with a chef cooking gourmet desserts right there in front of you along with an omelet station and a chef preparing personalized omelets. It was worth every penny of the pricey 21$ per guest buffet cost. The high quality food choices were extensive. Excellent service and staff and the beautiful serene atmosphere on the patio with the beautiful view. Use to be 5+ Star review! But today we came for my husbands birthday, it's been a little over a year since our last visit and there was one small row of food choices, like 25% (at the very most) of the selection before. They no longer have a dessert station and ZERO, yes Zero desserts. No more crem brûlée or fresh peach cobbler from local peach farmers made for you as ordered by a dessert chef preparing gourmet desserts fresh, for each individual guest. But today nothing was fresh. They did still have the omelet station and the great staff and scenery but the only thing they added that was new instead of taking away so much was a large table full of about ten cold cereals. What gourmet brunch buffet replaces 75% of their high end buffet with a large table of cold cereal?‍ Brunch at the atrium use to be one of if not the best gourmet brunch in the valley ( but now it's like free breakfast at the Marriott, and the Marriotts scrambled eggs are better and they have Belgian waffles atrium no longer has Belgium waffles.) Super disappointed. We won't ever spend money on brunch here again it's not remotely close to being worth the 21$ and we come to snowbird a lot. We have great memories made here but there won't be any more to create with brunch! Spend your money somewhere else, deer valley has a great brunch! read more

We dined at the Atrium and we were a bit disappointed. I'll start with the good first. The salads are a decent size, and the food prices are pretty reasonable. The soups were surprisingly good. Our server was kind and attentive. You can also look around and see the Mountain View so that's pretty nice. The area is clean and nicely decorated. Now the bad... the Mac and cheese has little to no sauce on it. The salads were OK but they were fairly bland. They also have limited dressing options. Additionally they pre-make the items. Essentially, the atrium just warms food up that is made in a different location. Now it's all made fresh each day around 10am but, because of their pre-made items it's hard for them to substitute, and the sandwiches you could tell weren't fresh. So the food isn't flavorful, or fresh. That's pretty much the downside. Although, they do have a nice grab and go area for some quick snacks and beverages. So I wouldn't expect to be blown away by their salads or sandwiches, although you may like their soups. read more
