The Armory is the official Vegas Golden Knights merchandise store of the home venue, T-Mobile Arena. It's pretty neat to check out, particularly if you're a fan of VGK, like I am. I'd been here in the past, before and after home games, but today's review comes after VGK won the Stanley Cup Championship! Woooooo! An interesting side note: news came out recently that VGK fans have broken an NHL record for the most Stanley Cup merchandise sold for any city and team. Hopefully they weren't all buying it from here! Why? Everything is marked up! It IS kinda nice to see the merch in person... if you see something you like, buy it. But wow, the differences in prices were striking. Before this visit, I had already done my Stanley Cup shopping online at Fanatics (nhl.com) but I went in to the Armory to check out stuff in person. A big plus is there are some things in the store that weren't available online. For example, the Champions Scarf was quickly sold out online but the Armory had a few in a neat pile. If I remember correctly, they were around $40 on Fanatics but the in-store they were $55. The most popular merch is definitely t-shirts. Almost every tee I saw at the Armory was $50 even. The same shirts online were $38 or $40 - that's around 20-24% off. A lanyard I bought for $12 was online for $7.99. I returned it! On my visit to return it, I noticed replica jerseys were around $220. I'm glad I got mine online for $184.99... and the price gouging goes on and on. On addition to better online prices at Fanatics, they frequently offer deals like free shipping, redeemable rewards cash, and my favorite, 30% off your total order which I used on my ($50 Armory) tee that online, came out to $26.59. Next time I browse the store, I'll have my money saving shopping mode on, or search for that hard to find exclusive item. read more

I ordered a jacket on 11/26/23 and didn't get it until 2/5/24. Wait for a month to call and ask for a update on my jacket they say it's been pushed out and delayed because they had to prioritize getting Winter Classic merchandise out. Kept calling and getting the run around, asked for updates from managers and never got any return phone calls. Straight up terrible don't ever expect high quality service or transparency when dealing with the armory. read more

Ok I should have known and I should've read the reviews I didn't place an online order I placed an order over the phone and was told that the "person" who does their online orders was off today and would be in on Monday and would be emailing me a tracking number well Monday has come and gone and no email no tracking number no information no nothing. I'm not happy I'm extremely angry I guess it's time to file a complaint with the BBB as well maybe the VGK business office will either need to get it together and fix these issues or continue down this downward spiral. They offer delivery and pick-up. I came in for online pick-up around 3:00pm on a Saturday. I also had heat press player's name and number done on my jersey order - they provide Fanatics and Adidas style fonts. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. They give you a phone call when the order is ready. It's the off season/summer so the process was smooth and easy. Parking tip: New York New York, FREE for the first hour. 2nd floor of the garage has escalators to Toshiba Plaza. Pretty disappointed in this place. I went in and purchased a jersey for my mom who will be visiting in a couple of months and asked for a specific player to be put on the jersey. I was told that it's usually about a two week time for it to be ready which is totally fine since I am over a month away. Two weeks later, I give them a call because I had not heard from them and come to find out. They cannot complete my order because they do not have the correct lettering for the jersey that I had picked out. I asked if someone was going to call me and let me know and they said yes but they did it. I asked if I could just get a refund so I could order it from somewhere else and they said yes and someone will give me a call. I did not receive a call and called back a week later and spoke to someone else who told me the exact same thing and said someone will give me a call. I called once again for the third time a week later and now I am being told that I need to personally come into the store to get a refund. I asked what they do for visitors who would like a refund and the person I spoke to said that that's a valid question, but they are not sure. It's been over a month and I am still dealing with this and it looks like my mom won't have something to wear for the game we are going to very soon. Las Vegas has a championship hockey team... the Vegas Golden Knights! Their motto is "Create History" and this First Year team sure is! Right now, they are in the playoffs for the Stanley Cup! They swept an established team and have defeated another team 7-0... outstanding! To celebrate, I looked for t-shirts at the official Team Store, called The Armory. It's located on the Strip in the T-Mobile Arena. We parked at New York New York next door where the first hour is free. (My cousin had called for instructions and they answered the phone right away.) Inside, a Knight in shining armor greets you at the door! The helpful employees go out of their way to assist you in finding the correct size or perfect gift. One salesperson went in the stockroom to look for a long sleeved t-shirt for my coworker, but it wasn't the design she wanted...shucks! We enjoyed the well organized store full of items such as keychains, beanies, jerseys, banners, pucks, caps, sweatshirts, plushies, coffee mugs, and "foam fingers" in the shape of swords! They have a current promotion: purchase $80 worth of merchandise and get a souvenir puck! How cool is that? read more

Why is this place always closed before the games? I am so confused this is the second time we went early to visit the Armory (spend money) and the doors were locked. After the game they were closed as well but we figured out the sneaky [via the arena entrance] and were able to buy my girl the puck she wanted. You lose sales, why closed? Anyways, if you can get into this place when they are open they have every single thing you need with the VGK logo, more than you'll find anywhere. In the past year the quality of the merchandise has gone down a lot and the prices have skyrocketed! Everything in the womens department is a crop top and the mens stuff looks like it came from Walmart, but costs twice as much. I'm a season ticket holder and used to buy from there all the time, but not now. The staff is still really friendly, which is why I gave the extra star. I'm told there's a new manager and I'm guessing that's the problem. They've also had the wrong store hours posted on the door the whole off-season. Located inside the T-Mobile Arena with outdoor access when there is no game going on. This is the team store for the Las Vegas Golden Knights. The store itself is not big you can go through everything pretty fast. They have a lot of jerseys to choose from and caps as well. I ended up getting a cap and a puck of the finals I got the last one of game one. The staff was helpful and friendly. Overall a nice little team store I'm just so happy that Vegas got a professional sports team even though not too many people like hockey this is a great start. read more

What else can I say about the Armory without being too redundant from other reviews? They have 3 stores which is the Armory (main store), the Bunker (seasonal outside T-Mobile) and the Arsenal at City National Arena in Summerlin (the practice rink). The Armory is located to the right of the main T-Mobile Arena entrance. If you're a veteran, highly recommend signing up for MGM's M Life Rewards Program. You save yourself some cash with FREE parking at any of the MGM properties! In the past, we've saved $25 on parking when there's an event in progress. We usually park at NY NY Resort. As soon as you have your parking ticket, go to your first right because it's the most convenient parking lot. Follow the signs for the escalator that takes you one level down to T-Mobile Arena and towards the Armory. Yes, the Armory is a small store, but there is potential to expand. Supplies are limited. So, if you see something you like, purchase it! There's a high probability you will NEVER see it again! I learned the hard way several times. The Bunker is right outside the arena. You will see this store as soon as you go down the escalator. Make sure you visit both stores. On several occasions, I have seen merchandise that was available in one store, but wasn't available at the other. I was told by the Armory staff that they no longer carry a certain puck that I was looking for. I went to the Bunker and they had them in stock. The staff in both stores need to communicate effectively with one another. The Armory is a must stop since it's the official store of VGK! They have deliveries on a weekly basis for hockey fanatics or if you just want to browse through the store and see desert hockey become a reality! read more

The customer service is horrible and they don't respond to emails. I ordered a women's Winter Classic Jersey pre-order on 11/22/23. I waited until 12/18/23 before I emailed them and they told me we don't have a guarantee date when you will receive the Jersey. I emailed back on 1/10/24 and there was absolutely no response. So waited until 1st week of February and I called and they told me sorry it's on back order. Now that's strange because I pre-ordered the Jersey. Called back again and the supervisor said they would email the Facility and find out what's going on. Yet with no phone call or email back. I called again today and they said they would get back to me after lunch and they did with a email saying they are refunding my money the jersey is no longer available. This is why I pre-ordered the dang thing. I definitely don't recommend ordering from them there customer service and communication is horrible. Finally the NHL has arrived in the Entertainment Capital of the World. A couple of months before our new NHL team the Las Vegas Golden Knights plays their first game in early October, their official merchandise store is open for business. It was on a brutally hot summer Saturday where you can boil an egg outside on the cement pavement by the T-mobile Arena, that I celebrated the brutally cold temperature of the ice hockey rink inside the Golden Knights Official Store. The Armory blends in with the Park-facing side of the T-mobile Arena. There were no window displays or signs that advertises the first official professional sports merchandise store open in Las Vegas. If it wasn't for my brother I would be incognizent it exists or was open. As soon as I walked inside the Armory, a Golden Knight welcomed me. In reality it was a Golden Knight statue near an enthusiastic woman that welcomed me here. The shop is staffed by a sundry of enthusiastic employees. The Golden Knight was the omen of the official team merchandise that was stocked throughout the shop. The merchandise includes caps, t-shirts, hockey pucks, license plate holders, and mugs. The presentation adds to the appeal of the merchandise and cheering on our first NHL team. The presentation includes the Golden Knight statue, a nearby NHL player mannequin displaying the Golden Knights jersey, and a kiosk to design your own jersey. Along with the high enthusiasm, unfortunately are high prices. In spite of the fact that I appreciated the high selection of Golden Knights caps, I did not appreciate the high $30-plus prices I saw on them. And these were the less pricey. The Golden Knights t-shirts were priced around $45. These are a couple of examples of high prices. I wouldn't consider it sticker shock since nothing shocks me about prices on the Las Vegas Strip. The prices are so up the totem pole that even the Golden Knights t-shirts sold at a shop in the upmarket Caesar's Forum Shops costed $10 less. I can only imagine the price difference at Big 5 and Walmart. Putting things in perspective, I am sure that it would be a different story after watching the first professional sports team in Las Vegas. I could see myself being so in the moment in the upbeat energy after attending an NHL game that I wouldn't mind spending more money on official team merchandise capturing the excitement of the game I saw. Especially if the Golden Knights win. Being that I am an avid hiker that considers a cap a necessity, a premium price on a Golden Knights cap would be a nice momento on the hiking trails. And a $10 paperclip Golden Knights magnet next to numerous professional team magnets on my refrigerator will remind me that Las Vegas has a become a professional sports city. In preparation to sharing my review, I was debating whether to give 3.5 or 4 stars. The fact is that the prices are high. Upon further reflection, I value customer friendly businesses that offer products or services that are difficult to nearly impossible to find anywhere else. The Armory also known as the Official Golden Knights Merchandise Store has the honor of being the Very First Official Merchandise Store of A Professional Team in Las Vegas. With the debut of the Vegas Golden Knights, we thought it was appropriate to make our first trip to the team's official store at T-Mobile Arena, The Armory. There was a lot of good about our visit but did have one negative we felt we should point out. When deciding if & when we should go, we wanted to call and double check on the hours that the store would be open as we were wanting to go earlier in the day of the home opener. We tried calling 3 times and each call we chose the automated option to be connected with an associate and each time we were unable to be connected to a live person. In the end, we decided to just go, but in the future, I am hopeful they will have the system ironed out so you can reach a staff member. With the negative out of the way, let me just say that the VGK team has done a great job with the store. Getting in and out was super easy and both associates we had contact with were extremely helpful. We were looking for specific apparel and the first associate took us exactly to where we needed to go. There are tons of options for both males & females and plenty of supply in all sizes. I was not in the market for a jersey, but if you are, you may enjoy the kiosk that will allow you to personalize your jersey with any name or number. The entire store is easy to navigate and nicely decorated to fit the Knights theme. We purchased the #Vegasstrong shirts currently in stock and made it through the busy checkout line very quickly. All in all, if you are in town and specifically on the Strip, I would make a few minutes to check out the store's inventory. It felt like there was something for everyone. Locals Tip: You may find other outlets not in the tourist corridor to find your VGK apparel and that's ok. However, if you do want to go to the Armory, I suggest combining a visit with another trip you are already down on the strip for. For us, we were down by Bellagio and simply took the free tram from there over to Monte Carlo. It was easy to get to and we avoided the mess that is parking by T-Mobile. read more

My first visit to the Armory was this past Monday (05/21) to check out their Western Conference Champion merchandise w/ some friends. My friend who works at The Park told us we could park at the garage with the first 2 hours free. Unknowingly where to park, we ended up going in where it said "Event Parking". When we got to the ticket machine, it said no pass needed or something to that extent. We had pulled up to the security guard asking where free parking was and he mumbled Las Vegas Blvd and something else. We just went up and parked on the 6th floor. After we had exited without a problem... ???? Im pretty sure we parked at the wrong place... Lol The store was actually smaller than I had expected, considering it was a stadium shop for a professional team. I feel like Arsenal at City National Arena was bigger, despite an area was dedicated to hockey equipment. The selection is mildly different though. Armory offers more jerseys for and not for equipment use. The one without the strap to hold down jersey is made by Fanatics, whereas the one with the strap is by Adidas. Design varies slightly between the two, and of course theres a price difference. Apparently their hat wall had shrunk in size by half from what it was before. Unlike Dick's sporting goods, apparently they were a little behind on their merchandise availability. After the Knights won the Western Conference Finals on Sunday, Dick's had released their merchandise immediately afterwards. We had given Armory until the next day, but apparently only some had became available. The pucks with customized pun of defeat was not available until Tuesday. Also, prices were a bit higher at Armory vs any other place. Even compared to the pop-up store in front of T-Mobile. Research your prices before you purchase ! Unless you don't mind what you pay. read more

I ordered 2 retro jerseys on 10/26/22. We got an email that our order was ready for pickup 1/13/23. When we went down to get it, only 1 jersey was there. I was told they were looking into why the other was not. I spoke to Mark a couple times and was told that he would speak to his director and call me back. He has not. I've tried emailing and calling and not been able to get ahold of anyone that can give me an answer. It's been over 4 months and I've paid for a jersey I have not received and no one will contact me. Don't buy anything online as it won't look anything like the picture and if you need to return anything you'll be out more money, unclear directions on how to return, and customer service that will tell you too bad that's the pic and shirt sent to them by the manufacturer. OVERNIGHT delivery was delivered over a week later. I ordered it May 27th and I just got notice it was being delivered today, so I still don't have it yet and it's the 5th of June. Don't pay extra for the overnight. It doesn't do you any good. I understand they had a lot of orders because of the Stanley Cup, but, when I reached out through email, (they didn't answer the phone), on Wed the 31st, they told me they would move my order to the top of the pile. I got notification that UPS had it on Friday the 2nd. Needless to say, I'm disappointed. It's a birthday gift for someone who's birthday is on the 3rd. She was excited to get to watch the first game of the series on her birthday, but no jersey. Just know that overnight doesn't mean overnight. It means over a week. The Armory does not stand by the quantity of their products. I spent hundreds on gear and bought 2 of the Vegas born shirts to have long after I needed them. The second shirt I purchased when I went to wear it I noticed the entire bottom of the shirt had unraveled, before I even wore it! Went in and spoke to the manager Gina and she said they would not stand behind their product since it had been over 30 days. They don't understand the meaning of "PREORDER". I, like many others pre-ordered the REVERSE RETRO jerseys before they were to be released on 11/15. We all paid in full to "guarantee" that we would get them on or around the release day. It is now 12/14 as of this post and WE STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED WHAT WE PAID FOR! But you still continue to sell them in the store without fulfilling everyone's PREORDERS. I've emailed multiple times but only got an automated response blaming "unexpected amount of orders" to "supply chain issues" which is all a load of BS! You shouldn't have sold a SINGLE jersey before EVERY PREORDER WAS FULFILLED! read more

I really enjoy the selection they have there. If you love it, make sure you buy it right away. They are going through so many styles, you could see it one trip and not another. The BIGGEST issue is that they NEVER pick up the phone. I have called them while driving down there only to walk into an empty store with no one answering the phone. I pre ordered the retro Jersey on 10/20/22. They were supposed to ship on 11/15/22. I received an email that they would ship out as soon as possible. I was in town the middle of December & I went to the store. The girl called Arnold who I had corresponded with and told me they would try to have it ready. They did not. I spoke with Arnold on the phone at the store & he didn't even know where it was. He was very apologetic. I emailed the store the beginning of January. They told me they would get it out as soon as possible. Still no status update. I emailed January 19,2023.... No Response! I emailed a couple days ago.... No response! I paid in full over 250$ for this jersey! It's been months & not a single update. This is just horrible business! They should really be ashamed of their business. Arnold also told me he would refund my shipping cost... it has not been refunded. At this point I don't know what to do. Be aware and don't buy from them! The Armory inside the T Mobile Arena is just like The Arsenal inside the City National Arena. You can buy all kinds of Vegas Golden Knights merchandise here. Unless you are at the T Mobile Arena to watch a Golden Knights game, I would suggest you go when there is no game scheduled. During game day, this place is packed with fans looking for more VGK merchandise to add to their collections. Also on game day, access to the store is restricted to those who have tickets to the game. Before and during the game, you can enter the store from inside the arena only. They carry a good selection of merchandise, everything from game day pucks to customized VGK jerseys. There are items at this store that you can not get at the Arsenal and vice versa. As for parking, I would say Park MGM is the closest parking garage to the store. It is free for the 1st hour, after that it is $9 for the 2nd hour and if you park over 2 to 4 hours it's $12. If you have never been to this store, I would recommend you check it out. It's worth a trip just to take a picture with the Knight statue inside the store. read more

The movement of the black rubber disk along a sheet of ice is in my blood, and I have no memory past or present that hasn't been able to recall a time without being part of The Game. LV finally has a team, and with the great Fleury being a part of this new and welcome franchise, visiting the Armory was a must. The accouterments of apparel and branded items was as good as one might see above the border in the land of the Great White North (although "established in 2017" is a quaint but very much discrete nod to the original six). Selection was good, but certainly the more common sizes were low due to the 'day after' aspects of the store literally just opening that week. Nonetheless, the location at the T-Mobile Center, convenient to the games, will be welcome for any who attends the new franchise's home events.
