After eating we'd go mini golfing & then ride the go karts. I still remember when they had the batting cages running back in the good old days We visited during a slow day, and as usual, we ordered the sampler and a pizza. The sampler came first, 2 ranch and one marinara sauce in mini cups. The pizza came shortly after and was sat on an upside down plate, which was really odd. They use to put the pizza on a pizza stand before but I'm going to take a guess that convenience was at play here. Might as well set it on the table lol after being served we didn't see our waiter until the check came. It took a while so we decided to go up stairs to the arcade area and play a couple of games and then headed out to the go karts. To no one's surprise, it's still the same go karts as before. Kid's can't ride if they're under 52", considering places like San Diego, it's 48". The guy at the karts was kind enough to let us ride a bit longer than usual. This made it worth while. We didn't mini golf this time and playing in the arcades just wasn't worth it. The Star Wars game is nearly $2 per game. It's insane. The other games you're lucky if they even fully work. You end feeling scammed. You can tell this place is slowly losing its magic and it's because this place is not maintained at all. Not a huge deal but you have to make sure to tell the staff you are taking the drinks outside if you want to mini golf and have your drinks or else they'll complain and tell you that you're not allowed to take the drinks outside. The mini golf course area is missing patches of turf. I can't even remember the last time the speakers or games made noise. This place really needs to be brought back to life.

One worker, in particular, was very sweet and helpful with the games. I believe her name was Edith. She was very attentive to my daughter when there was an issue, and she was very quick to solve any problems I noticed. The pizza was great, and I had a wonderful time! I will definitely be coming back.

The wings can be ordered traditional or boneless with your choice of sauce, and we added pepperoni to the cheese bread for a little extra flavor. The sampler is advertised as serving 2-4 people. It was the perfect amount for our family of three (two adults and a toddler), although I was expecting more wings. If we had been a group of four, it would have worked out to about one wing per person. The fries were well seasoned and one of the highlights of the meal. The cheese bread was tasty, and while the pizza was good, it was a bit on the greasy side. Our food arrived in a reasonable amount of time, and our toddler had fun playing in the Adventure Dome while we waited. The restaurant wasn't as busy as it has been during previous visits, which made for a more relaxed experience. Everything appeared clean and organized, and the staff was courteous and patient throughout our visit. The only area that could use improvement was the restrooms, which were in need of a deeper cleaning. Chuck E. Cheese also made an appearance during our visit, which was a fun highlight for the kids.

There's no snacks in the vending machines on the hotel floor. The decor was very sad. Scratches gouged beat up. Floor tiles cracked and chipped and dirty grout. For the price paid I was expecting something better than a Motel 6 ambiance and customer service, which was ok. However, doesn't compare to other casino hotels Ive stayed. The best thing I can say it was close to the boarder and public transit was cheap and easy but didn't run on schedule. Happy to have my dental and ophthalmology services completed with this hotel being the closest. As for amenities the food at the sidewinder was good however, my prime rib and baked potato was cold. I did Send it back and they brought me the order back piping hot. The Café food was delicious. Unfortunately at the time I could only have soup. Which the cream of mushroom was fantastic! The slot machines were average, maybe if I had won a jackpot my rating would be higher. I didn't win big but won enough to pay for my meals and pathetic hotel.
