They answer their questions and give them ideas on what sets they should get and they always keep it affordable when making a suggestion. I'm always nervous to try new places like this because of how easy it is to drop a ton of money, but I am always so appreciative of how affordable the prices are. They aren't annoyed to pull down a few boxes to let them look at them before making their decision on what to get.
