A quick search led me to Beverly Hills Spa, and that ended up being a great find. From the first phone call, the experience was excellent. They were friendly, helpful, and able to get me scheduled for early that afternoon without any hassle. I showed up about 10 minutes before my appointment and was already in a chair with fluids running within another 10 minutes. Dr. Chadi Dahabra did no sort of consultation before starting injections, did not listen to what I wanted or the fact that I was about to pass out on the table because I felt so rushed & uneasy with the experience as a hole. My lips are now extremely bumpy and I whole heartedly wish I would not have come here. This whole process is not going to cost more to have a professional injector dissolve and redo my filler. I can feel every pocket he injected, I have 5 pockets on the left side of my lip and 1 on the right. So not only do I have bumpy lips they are not symmetrical at all. I don't even understand how he thought this was acceptable to a paying client. Also, the cleanliness and transparency, the girl who went in before me, her botox and needle was still on the counter, nothing was cleaned in between our appointments and I was never even shown the product that was injected into my lips. Overall I should have listened to my gut feeling the second I stepped into the place but, this is my warning to anyone else thinking about getting filler at this med spa, just don't. I have been getting my lips and botox done for years & this is not how it is supposed to be.

They use a Hungarian skin care line of products called "Eminence" that hails from Hungary where they both grew up. I've currently been calling and leaving messages every day this week begging for the refill I paid to have done two months ago with no response from any practitioner. I will be seeking a new doctor to monitor my autoimmune disease and administer my refills.

Compared to eau or the carillon in Miami (formerly canyon ranch) this place lacks a good wet spa. It has a steam room but that's it. There is an outdoor lounge area that's co ed that's really luxurious due to swaying palms and ocean breeze where you can sit with a friend, kindle or drink and snack. There is a pool that makes the sound of running water but can't swim in. Minor things that led to four stars for the $350 experience for the services above, which was one 80 min treatment plus the complimentary summer special addition: my appt was at 12 and no one got me til 12:15? I was told to wait in the co Ed area to get taken back but no one showed. It's fine but I would've liked to sit outdoors and relax rather than awkwardly idle in my robe waiting for 15 mins where some people not in robes were. They have a coffee machine that makes cappuccinos but it ran out of coffee or espresso beans and no one refilled it for an hour I checked when I wanted to make a drink. I fortunately was able to make a cappuccino which was good. They offer little bowls of nuts and dried fruit, which were good, as well as Pellegrino, frozen grapes, vanilla gelato, biscotti, clementines and strawberries. The steam room was good. The ladies locker room was expansive with a lot of toiletries available. The showers were super nice and had living proof shampoo and conditioner. The staff was all very friendly and without attitude! I am still so relaxed hours after going there today. It's worth it for me to pay for the experience because I never get this relaxed.
