I was talked into a more expensive package than what I wanted (first time getting extensions), next day received an email about care instructions citing a "new client care kit" use that I never got, and on day 3 a chunk of lashes has fallen off. 250$ down the drain. I have to say the BEST eyelash extensions I ever had. I waited 3 weeks to write this review and proud to give them 5 stars. Let's start with the price is great and the quality even better. My lashes lasted 3 weeks and I still have a few holding on. I did buy the after care kit and happy I did because I will be back next month. The other services offered like nails during the appointment makes one less stop and I was happy with the job by the nail tech too! I must say I have added eye candy lash lounge to my monthly stops! Poor business management. I will describe my experience in hopes people will find a better place to have eyelash services done! My mom and I made two different appointments in order to get top eyelash tinting done. I had the first appointment, which I had made on a Wednesday, for the next Thursday night. After making the appointment, I received a confirmation email for my appointment. When making appointments at this business, you have to pre-pay for particular services, which I did. The following day, I showed up for my appointment at 9:15 P.M. in which I approached a locked building, lights off, with no lash worker in the building. Upon this, I waited an extra 30 minutes for anyone to show up, just in case there was a mistake made. Nobody showed. Immediately after, I called the business owner and left a message in hopes to get a reply the following the day and a refund in order. I also needed a refund for the appointment that my mother canceled because of the awful service we received. The next day, after we left, my mother received an email saying "Thank you!" for a service that we did not have OR make an appointment for- very unprofessional. We called the business several times after this and sent emails to the business owner without any response, except one phone call answer. She promised she would take care of the refund issue and proceeded to tell us it was our fault for making an appointment after business hours when online it states they are open until 9:00 and I made the appointment at 7:30. After escalating claims on PayPal, it took 20 days for the business owner to issue both refunds. Do not get your eyelashes done here OR use any of their services! They have a very unprofessional business practice. To further your decision, I have a personal family friend that went to get her eyelashes done- eyelash extensions- and later had to be taken to the hospital due to a horrible reaction she had with the eyelash glue. Typically, before eyelashes are done- they are supposed to test the glue on your skin to ENSURE you do not have a reaction. Again, do not go here!! read more

I saw the groupon for eyelash extensions with a free fill after 2 weeks. I had not tried lash extensions in a very long time and thought I would give it a try. Last time I had lash extensions i had to drive close to Miami to get them and I absolutely loved them! I was so excited when I saw this salon close to me in Wellington that specialized in lash extensions. I never heard about the salon until the groupon! I have to say despite the fact some of my natural outer lashes were bending inwards and could not have fake lashes attached to them, i loved the look of my new lashes. They were not as thick and lush or as long as the ones i had done in Miami but they looked more natural and i could leave the house with just a bit of eye Liner and look pretty good! If i do say so myself:) its my new guilty pleasure! I did ask for the natural look! But i think i will definitely go for the longest thickest look on my next fill in! I am addicted now! I have to say though i personally do not like the dip applied to my lashes, its like a permanent mascara and i really don't enjoy mascara on my natural lashes either so makes sense. So if you don't like mascara, you wont like dip either. I did a bit of research viewed some pics before and after etc to make sure the lashes would look good and it was quality work! Listen up everybody. Stay away from this lounge. Nobody ever answers the phone when you call. They want you to text or leave message and then you are lucky to get a response the next day. Since they are closed the entire weekend if you call on Friday you will not get a response until at least Monday. In my case it was Tuesday. I had some lashes put on before I was going on vacation. I was not sure if I wanted more put on and tech told me it was no problem to call the following day if I waned to come in for more. I called and texted several times the following day to see if I could come in and did not receive any response until 4 days later when I was already on vacation. Besides the terrible customer service the fumes from the glue they use caused a bad irritation in my eye for 10 days. So the whole time I was on vacation I had one red eye. So---- Stay away!!! There is lots of talent here and Veronica personally trains her team. I personally have to recommend my girl Macey whose been Amazing from Day 1. This place is the eyelash equivalent of a puppy mill. the lady that I had you know probably did her best but I was like her fifth or sixth client that day so that means she had at least a12 hour day of TOTAL concentration. By the time she got to me she was totally wrecked. so the service that is supposed to take two and a half hours she condensed to about an hour and 45 min. This was after I waited an hour and 15 minutes past my appointment to be seen. If it was not a prepaid Groupon I would have walked out. read more

I came here because my lashes were very short and wanted to treat myself to long lashes. My lashes came out beautiful but kinda on the pricey side. I was terribly disappointed and pisst off when the tech cut my bottom lashes to nubs (due to a sticky mascara she put on there). I never went back. My boss recommended this lash lounge to me and was so excited to get my lashes. Tiffany does an amazing job. The owner however is very rude. I was under the impression you paid how ever long you go without a refill and was unaware that they charge by the time. So my first full set took an hour an a half and a 2 week refill also took the same amount of time, yet I almost paid the same amount for both! Just a lot of miscommunication between me and Tiffany with the prices and how they run the business.
