The staff were super nice but unfortunately the quality was not good or they were too busy watching the game. Because I received both services at the same time, I had to sit in the pedicure chair but turning my torso to the left the entire time - it was super uncomfortable. All of my fingernails were cut to different lengths, there were bubbles in the white immediately, the gel is on my cuticle and was peeling within 2 days, and multiple of the nails cracked on day 3. Because a different person did my pedicure the thickness of the white tips were different, and the gel is clumped up and rough on the sides. The price was definitely not worth it.

I was surprised I was taken right away and immediately felt great energy from the woman ( Kathy) as well as the overall surroundings. Kathy gave me a great manicure. From the start, communication was nearly impossible. She insisted on doing only highlights first and told me to come back for the balayage (???), which made no sense but I went along with it. After the highlights, she randomly started coloring the rest of my hair without asking. Then came the "trim" -- I asked for the bare minimum, maybe an inch and a half max, and she chopped off four inches and added layers I never asked for. She didn't even blow dry my hair, claiming "it'll lighten once you dry it at home." Spoiler: it didn't lighten. It came out nearly black -- the complete opposite of what I asked for. I left with shorter, darker, uneven hair, and no balayage in sight. For $285, I basically paid someone to ignore me and ruin my hair. Save your money and your hair -- go literally anywhere else. Also, it should've been 15% for new customers and they didn't apply it. Very odd.

Andy didn't talk much, he was all business. He was all about doing a great job and a great job he did, because my nails were splendid! He took his time and I did not once felt rush. I got a pedicure and a dip manicure. Unfortunately, I felt like there was very little attention to detail throughout the appointment. I found myself having to point out a few steps that were being skipped, which made me feel like I had to supervise the service instead of just relaxing. For the pedicure, the polish color I originally chose wasn't applying well, and instead of suggesting another option, more and more coats kept being added. It ended up being so thick that I finally asked to switch colors. Once we changed it, it looked much better, but I wish that had been suggested earlier instead of continuing to layer the polish. The dip manicure turned out okay overall, but it's much thicker than I prefer and doesn't look very natural. I also wasn't asked about the length I wanted, and a few of my nails are filed a little lopsided even though I requested an oval shape. Overall, it wasn't a terrible experience, but it wasn't great either. I was hoping to find my new neighborhood nail salon, but I left feeling like I had to pay close attention throughout the appointment rather than trust the technician. I don't think I'll be returning.

I came in without an appointment and was told there were no openings until 3:30. I then asked if they could just remove my liquid gel, and I was told yes. Unfortunately, it went downhill from there. The technician removing my gel nails cut my fingers twice during the process. Not once did he apologize. Instead, he simply pulled my hand forward and continued as if nothing happened, which was uncomfortable and unacceptable. To make matters worse, the front desk experience was shockingly unprofessional. The person working the desk was more focused on discussing her SATs and not getting into FGCU than on the customers in front of her- customers who were paying and clearly having a poor experience. Overall, this was careless, unprofessional, and honestly awful. New management or not, basic customer service and safety were clearly lacking. Check out the photo of my nails after "service" was rendered. They were left beaten up, sore, and in worse condition than when I arrived. Do not recommend.

I was so unhappy they asked me to come in the following day to make it right and when I came in the next day, the nail tech they gave me then told me I would have to pay to get the exact design I originally wanted and paid for and was also talking about how bad of a job the previous nail technician did from their own salon.... I ended up leaving with just a starfish added to my nails and nothing else that I wanted done. I was a walk in and as they weren't busy they were able to take me right away. The place is huge with many nail stations and pedi chairs, but there were only a few people working. The gal who did my nails said hello and that is the entire conversation for the rest of my visit. Besides no personality, she was a bit rough when she filed my nails. Unfortunately, each one was done in a different shape -- some square and some more rounded so they didn't match and there were rough edges on several of them. This didn't show up until after they were polished. The polish came out a bit streaky. She had to spend a lot of time with a small brush and acetone removing all the polish that had been applied to my skin -- not my nails. Almost anything would have been better than what I was came in with, but frankly I can do my own nails as well as this was done. And I would have saved myself the $15 plus tip. Oh well, now I know.
