    Absolutely disgusting business. The real estate agent Craig Brockman was the sleaziest "wheeling…read moreand dealing" type real estate agent I have ever encountered. My father owns and rents SEVEN homes so I am very familiar with how these things work. The real estate agent promoted a bidding war between renters for a RENTAL HOME, not a home for purchase mind you. Never in my 20 years of renting have I ever experienced anything like this. He kept vaguely making comments that other applicants were offering more money than the price set by the owner and asking if I wanted to offer more. I offered more and more until I was offering $300 over what the rental price was and he still kept trying to get me to offer more. He would not tell me if my offer was good enough but just kept encouraging I offer more, meanwhile I have no way of knowing if he is completely bluffing. I asked him several times if I should just not bother wasting hours filling out a rental application on their site (where they charge you more than twice what Zillow apps charges you) and paying the money for applications if he already had higher offers. He just kept being vague and wouldn't answer my questions. We submitted our offer and lo and behold, he tells me someone else has offered more. No surprise as when we went to visit the home he acted like he couldn't care less that e were there. It just felt like a money grab for more rental application fees. I then get a call from their application processing team telling me that my application was not even processed since someone else offered more and that I should call Bev Roberts (the owner) and ask for a refund on the application. I spoke to Bev and she was a complete "See You Next Tuesday". Absolutely ZERO compassion. No willingness to work with me and even refund half my app fees since they had not even been processed. Acted like she had no ability to make any exceptions even though she is the OWNER. She was completely uncaring, combative, and rude. I told her she is a bad person and that I would be leaving her a bad review and she said thats fine because she will respond to it and tell people I am unreasonable lol. Sooo good luck with that Bev. You know you and your company are sleazy and money grabbing. Total trump supporter vibes. Not only that but they force you to pay a $35 pet screening free on your application which is an absolute joke. It just asks basic questions about your dog that the application easily could have asked and " screens" absolutely nothing. And the company gets a kick back. I have applied for many homes, some I have gotten and some I have not, I have never felt this taken advantage of. Absolutely GROSS people.

Being OVERWHELMED with where to start looking for an area, then a house at a place you've ever been was so scary. But once we looked into areas we're trusted Shannon to help us out all the way. I had a few MUSTS- good schools, nice area and of course a larger master closet. Originally we were thinking a TH or and older home. But amazingly Shannon found us a new build that would be done around our timeline of moving down there. Buying a house 1300 miles away, during a crazy housing market where houses where sold within hours I didn't think we'd have any luck at all. Well she found this house, talked with the realtor and got in right area and did many video calls, videoing, and pictures. We loved it snd she knew of the builder snd he has been great. So it was a GO!! Shannon stopped in as much as she could to update us. Always FaceTiming, sending pics and videos. That was the best thing for us as we were antsy to see our house so it was always a treat when we get an update. We put all of our trust into her and there isn't one thing I would have changed in the whole process. I'm a straight shooter and she must have already known I don't play when it comes to things to we actually did our first blue tape walk though and she said she was there for hours, even on the floor looking for anything that may have to be fixed. LOL even the contractor guy said he didn't think there's he much we'd find after Shannon was here taping everything LOL for someone to to that for us we really appreciated that. I always asked her to think like it was HER own home. The area, the schools etc would she live there? Would she feel comfortable there. Would her kids like the schools. And she found this perfect house for us. Which to be honesty pictures don't do it justice! It is even better in person!!!!!! We finally got to meet her yesterday and it was like we had known each other for years. And I know we have a life long realtor and friend now. Thank you SO much Shannon!!! You're so great at what you do and we appreciate all you've done for us!!!

    Poor scheduling and communication, although the service tech was very nice…read more We scheduled for an 8a-12p window and I stayed home from work to wait for it. Tried to call at 12pm to find out where they were and it went to voicemail. At 2pm the tech finally arrived and explained the understandable delay. However, I said that someone should be contacting me to tell me they are running late and allowing me to understand, rather than sit and wonder if and when they will show. We rescheduled the appointment for a few days later and was promised we would be the first customer of the day, with a tech arriving between 8a-9a. I stayed home again for this and at 9:15am called and spoke to someone who said he was running late and is on his way. Once again I expressed that delays happen but the lack of communication is not acceptable when others have professional things to do as well. I wasn't met with an apology, just a "he says he's on his way" sort of response. I feel this is inconsiderate business practice to state a customer service time window and not only fail to arrive during that window of time, but to also not communicate when you are failing at something you have promised to deliver. Very unreliable service, even if it is good service when they do arrive.
