We had gone multiple places and couldn't find anything that really was within our budget and in good shape. We stopped in here and was created by the owner, he showed us a few dryers that were in great shape and well within our price range. My husband spotted this washer & dryer set and said- well might as well just upgrade. We talked to the owner- he offered to bring it to us THAT SAME DAY! We were in no rush, so we opted for just a couple days later. He delivered, unloaded & even helped my husband hook it up. He also hauled our old ones away! Hands down some AWESOME customer service! The washer & dryer are in great shape and go so well in my laundry room. I am so happy with them! It also came with a warranty & the owner said there is even a repair warranty too! 10/10 would come here again for our next appliance needs!

I called four other appliance parts stores looking for a washing machine drain pump. No one had it…read morein stock. It could come in anywhere from one day to 3 weeks. Prices were $123 up to $187. I called All Appliance Parts and they had one in stock for $59. He said to bring in my old pump to test it. He said he didn't want to sell me something that I didn't need. He tested it right there and showed me the odd noise showing that the pump had failed. Not only did he have the right part, in stock, at the best price, he gave me a military discount on top of that. I got home and installed the new pump and it's working just fine. I just found my new favorite appliance parts store!

No Show - Unprofessional and Disappointing Service…read more We had a scheduled service within a confirmed time window, but no one showed up -- and we received no call or update. I had to follow up myself just to find out what was going on. We requested the first available appointment, yet they couldn't even commit to or communicate a time slot. Completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, this company was assigned through our stove manufacturer, and the appliance is still under warranty. This reflects poorly on both the service provider and the manufacturer. We expected better coordination and accountability.

I contacted LG customer service, which referred me to a Mr. Appliance location out of town. That employee referred me to this location. I called and got right through, setting up an appointment for my preferred date and time. I was texted the day before with a time window for my estimate. Jacksen, the tech arrived at the predetermined time. He was quite friendly and explained that pulling the dent out probably would still leave a spot. He gave me the repair options and eventually quoted me a price for a new door. Still less than a new refrigerator...and frankly, I like mine so I want to keep it! He did mention due to shipping delays. It could take up to six weeks to receive the door. No problem, magnet went back on for a disguise In the meantime. I was contacted around 3 weeks later and my door had arrived! Jacksen came back with a partner to install. They were prompt and even cleaned up after themselves! I did have one minor issue with the divider between the two doors not closing correctly. I called the company once more and Jacksen came back to adjust. He took maybe ten minutes to fix the issue, and again was very friendly and knowledgeable. I'd use Mr. Appliance again (although I hope I don't need to for awhile)!

I called Capitan Appliance after reading the great reviews left by other customers. Joe was the technician that responded and within a very short time my dishwasher was fixed. Joe was my hero that day. The repair cost was much less than replacing a $1,000 appliance. I really appreciate it when I get great service and I highly recommend you give them a try. I will definitely call Capitan Appliance for all my appliance repair issues.
