I joined during Black Friday,…read morealthough I had been in contact since before they opened as I wanted to sign up as a founding member. Fast forward, I originally signed up for Club Pilates Arrowhead around 2022 and 2023. I cancelled with the prior location because I just did not fit in. I was hesitant to try this location, but I am really glad I did because this experience is so much better! Between 2023 to 2025 I tried mat Pilates and Track Pilates, neither compares to reformer Pilates. I fell back in love with Pilates after my first class back last month, which was on a Sunday with Eda. The front desk person let Eda know I was new, but also a previous member. Reformer Pilates just hits different, the way the springs help you move the weight. I like how easy on the joints the classes are. I have attended about nine classes since my return, and I think I have used more of the equipment in this time than I did in my prior years. I am a Peloton Bike + user, so adding in Pilates let me ease back into strength training. The reformer allows me and my sore muscles to work through all the moves at my own pace. I really like the amount of stretching I get in- it makes me feel so much better. I have taken one class with Eda, Stacie, and Bridget and three with Michael and TJ. I was thinking I was in an advanced class during the first class I did with Michael, but nope- I am still taking level one classes! I think Michael's classes make me question things more, so that might be why I go on his days.

She figured out that they dont offer as much classes on the weekends or it gets full very quickly always waitlisted and thats her only availability so she decided to cancel the membership and will just do drop ins and pay per session. Tried to canceled on 2nd month but there is $100 fee to break the contract so she decided to continue paying and finish the 3 months, She emailed the club about the cancellation on November and told that it is in process already but we still got charge for the membership fee for the 4th month!! They refuse to do a refund and still want to charge $100 for cancellation this club is the worst to do business so stay away. We live close by and my wife was very stoked that there is pilates club close by but things didnt end up in the right way so they lost a client and we move on. Goodluck

This location has very spread out layout and a great outdoor area that is shaded for most of the day. I've been doing training sessions with Ryan Hamilton and he's been exemplary. Ryan always has fresh workouts for every session, never a repeated or dull routine. Along with fun conversation, Ryan is always sharing his knowledge on everything fitness and health in general. I would highly recommend locking in training sessions with Ryan.

A heads-up for anyone considering the new EOS Fitness on Cactus Rd in Surprise…read more This location took about five months to open after the "coming soon" signs went up. I waited patiently rather than joining elsewhere. It finally opened May 15 -- and the way it's being run since has been disappointing. My biggest concern is sanitation. I use the cold plunge and sauna twice a day. The cold plunge water level has been low, and the hot tub has what looks like black mold built up along the sides. I told a staff member walking the area. The next day I took photos and showed them at the front desk -- I was told the hot tub was "waiting on a part" and that a supervisor would be called to inspect and clean it. Two days later, nothing has been cleaned or fixed. On top of that, they sold a $10/month towel service and then ran out of towels, telling members it would be restocked "next week." I've tried to be patient and raise these things politely in person. Posting the photos here so the community is aware and so the company actually sees what's happening at this location. I'd genuinely like to see it fixed -- mold in a wet area used by members every day is not something that should sit for days. @EOS Fitness -- please address the hot tub and cold plunge at the Surprise / Cactus Rd location.

This has been my favorite gym for the last several years. When i first joined I didn't realize I…read morecould go to the gym free. When I realized that's when i dropped my membership and started going here. Over the last 2 years or more I have been going consistently. The gym is huge. There's a huge amount of treadmills, all different kinds of bikes, stairs steppers as well as ellipticals in the front part of the gym. There's a small little room in the front with cardio machines as well where it looks like there's daycare for kids? I'm not sure what exactly it entails but it seems pretty cool. They have a bathroom in there as well. The bathrooms are huge. There's lockers, showers, and a scale to weigh yourself. And my FAVORITE part, the steam room. Both men and women have this. The bathrooms are closed I think from 1400-1500 every day. They also offer from what I recently saw are massages, including cupping and regular ones. They also offer facials. There's 24 hour access as long as your cac is registered. There's another small private bathroom within each bathroom for just the officers. There's definitely plenty of weight machines and weights in general. THEN, there's a cross fit gym right next door where you can do ab work outs and more! That's my spot for abs. They have weights in there and some other machines similar to the ones in the regular part of the gym. This is my favorite place to be. And the owner Ansel is such a nice guy. There's classes, personal trainers that are free, and running programs for those who fail. I couldn't be more proud of my gym.

I see a lot of people ordering from the smoothie cafe so it must be good. The 24 hour registration is not very clear. Overall it's a great free facility.

Why would I not give Tracy 5 stars? To say he knows fitness doesn't even scratch the surface. He…read moreliterally has a wealth of fitness knowledge stored in his brain, just waiting for you to step up and learn it. About 40 years worth, to be exact. Tracy still competes in, and wins, fitness competitions. And don't worry, as fit as you might think you are, he'll always be in better shape. Which is actually a good thing because he gives you an example to strive for. I've been working with Tracy for almost 2 months now and a number of people (separately) have commented on my increased fitness and weight loss so there must be something to it right? After a while you'll start hearing his voice in your head... which helps when you're working out on your own because the idea is to try and maintain the same intensity at all times. You will quickly realize all the excuses that you make to yourself when he isn't there. A little bad news for anyone reading this: as good as Tracy is, if you don't listen to what he tells you and if you don't try and change your habits at least somewhat, you won't get the results you could otherwise. And yes, that means you do need to change your diet. Just ask Tracy what he eats, or rather, what he DOESN'T eat, and you'll quickly learn what it really takes to be that fit. I've actually never worked with a trainer before and now I'm wondering what took me so long. I think I just finally decided I was ready to stop making excuses and actually make some changes. But I know there are still many changes I can make to improve even more. So what are you waiting for? Call Tracy now, stop making excuses, and make some serious changes in your life for the better!
