Awesome Beverage Service for Parties & Special Events!…read more SITREP I recently attended a special event hosted at the ICIS Apartment Homes, and N2 Mixology was the wonderful outfit that provided the drink options & the beverage service to all of us attendees. THE SETUP There was both a main bar area in the upstairs lounge area of the Office for ICIS Apartment Homes. [It has a wonderful vibe of a trendy club, with lots of space and great furnishings.] This set-up permitted the good people at N2 Mixology to prepare the drinks at the bar, as well as set-up server platters full of drinks to distribute. And so I have to say right off how impressed I was with N2 Mixology's ability to cover such a large crowd of people (upward towards 200 by my own personal count). THE BAR Oh my goodness! There were so many delicious cocktail creations, and a shout-out needs to go here about the featured talents of Niko Novick and his crew from N2 Mixology. THE AWESOME REP Since starting N2mixology LLC back in 2011, Novick has been busy consulting with other bars, helping design some of the set-ups around town for new establishments. He has also been busy being booked for many shows after-parties, including the Sundance Film Festival, SXSW, and Toronto Film Fest two years in a row. The guy and his team's drinks are amazing, and the adding of dry ice gives some of the drinks I loved in particular since it gave a very mystical ambiance as they smoke up! THE LOWDOWN I love N2 Mixology and their beverage making and serving talents. They are your "go-to" vendor if you want to arrange a special event where classy drink preparation is a must.

The second we saw Charley we knew she'd be our wedding coordinator. She was charismatic, full of thoughtful ideas and she just knew how to evaporate our anxiety. Part of the anxiety which I'm sure many of you are aware of was due to our vendors resisting to respond to our calls/emails on time or contractual disagreements which in our case turned out to be with our venue. I'd love to think I handled it, but far from the truth...Charley stepped in to regulate those vendors in order and also aided with the contract negotiations. The point I'm proving here is that she's so much more than just a wedding day coordinator, she's so involved that it feels like a true friendship. In the beginning I had a thought "we don't need a coordinator" or "we just need a coordinator for the day of" well I'm happy we didn't make that mistake. I had quite a few brain farts during the wedding, didn't know where to stand or didn't know when to walk or didn't know I wasn't breathing, well as you may guess by now Charley was right there whenever I needed the direction. I also would like to mention her assistant Jamie who was a tremendous help as well, the both of them truly quarterbacked our wedding seamlessly.

I was able to hear all the noises from the hallway including the constant ping of the elevator floor indicator.
