I politely asked for assistance, and instead of being helped, the employee was extremely rude and hostile. While I was trying to find information, she harassed me, spoke to me aggressively, and acted as though I was an inconvenience simply for being present. To make matters worse, she got on her cell phone and was cursing and speaking negatively about the customers that she encounters, which was completely unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. At one point, she told me I needed to "hurry up" because "you have literally 5 minutes before I go to lunch," as if her schedule mattered more than providing basic customer service. I asked for her name, and she said it was Michelle, but by that point her behavior had made me feel so uneasy that I couldn't trust her with my package--or even trust that she was being truthful. I took a photo and informed her that I did not feel comfortable mailing my package there and would be taking my business elsewhere. She didn't stop there she continued to harass me until I was outside the building. No customer should be treated this way, especially when they are being polite and asking for help. This experience was disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable for a federal service facility. I will never return to this location, and I strongly caution others unless serious changes are made.

However, that means there is no AC. I always feel so bad for them during a heat wave. Getting in and out of here with a stroller is damn near impossible, but just don't go when you're on baby duty. There's another post office on Brooks St like 1 mile away, maybe less. The building isn't as pretty as this one and it's not as nice of a walk but it's across from a pleasant park.

I paid for Mercury Mastering online and paid an extra $25 for Rush Mastering. I had a strict…read moredeadline to meet and it clearly states "24 Hours" on their website. I have already been charged $100 and it has been 4 days with no response or track. I missed my deadline and had to pay for another studio to master my track. Meanwhile, Mercury Mastering still has my money and has yet to acknowledge my existence. If you don't want to get scammed, don't use Mercury Mastering.

I really had a great experience at Mercury! I went with the stem mastering option because they said…read moreit would ultimately sound better and they were right. It blew me away and was significantly better than regular mastering that i received in the past. The customer service was also really good--it was easy to communicate by email and i got my song back in a timely fashion. I didn't need any revisions but it's nice to know that they offer them for free. If I had to some it up, it's all about sound quality and excellent customer service. Mercury definitely checks both of those boxes.

Lately, I've been having terrible service in correctional to picking up uniforms. I went to go grab…read moremy husbands uniforms to be met with rudeness, disrespect, and terrible customer service. This started when I entered the establishment requesting to receive his uniforms. When requesting his uniforms, I was left with blank stares, completely being ignored. Once I was finally acknowledged, they answered me with they are currently trying to find them. What made the situation even more unprofessional was when the women went out the store, chasing other customers who picked their uniforms up just before me, searching either their cars or the uniforms they were currently holding, trying to find his uniforms. She re-entered the establishment empty handed. Thats when I proceeded to ask, "so do you not know where his uniforms are"? That is when she told me, "they're in the back". Once the uniforms were found, she brought them to the front without updating me with anything. So I asked again, "Do you not know where my husband's uniforms are"? She responded with, "Do you not know what your husband's uniforms look like"? This entire situation was very uncalled for, especially with the unprofessional name calling. I am afraid I will no longer be doing business there from now on.

I called twice and finally got someone telling me they're closed and that I didn't make the appointment for this location because they are gone until the end of September 2022. I double checked my email, I did make the appointment for today at this location. I tried to tell them that I can still make online appointments and that they should change it so no one else would come down here. I was met with such a bad attitude and no apology. I was helped at another local live scan facility. They were so kind and said this has happened several days in a row. Please save your time and schedule somewhere else.
