The best service that I have received in a long time…read more I had an ongoing issue with my laptop, so I called them and was able to come in the same day, the owner assured me that he would give me a free quote and diagnostics and I could proceed to do whatever I needed. It is very rare for a small business to offer free services because a lot of them do it with a catch. Over here there was NO catch! They just wanted me to know all of my repair options and even if I didn't get any service by them there would have been no charge. Regardless, since they are a small business they earned the support. They are honest, thorough, and reliable. I am thankful for them being my laptop back to life after being completely dead for 10 months. They were so kind and so patient with all of my questions and they explained everything as best as they could. End result? My laptop works again, my data is no longer lost, and I am happy i didn't have to spend a large amount of money to fix it. I saved more money than I was expecting.

My husband was swindled by this company into believing that they would build him the "Ferrari of…read morewebsites" (their words). Honesty, he would have been happy with a website that works. They have nickel and dimed him throughout the entire process. After an initial quote of $20k he's had up-charges for even the most basic functions that were functional on his previous site. Every issue can be fixed, just give us more $money$... but it's never fixed. Now that he is $40k in the hole, the website continues to malfunction, doesn't work on the weekends (and neither does trademark!) and has lost him tens of thousands of dollars in sales, frustrated his customers and soiled his reputation. The trademark team continues to turnover employees and give empty canned answers. The most recent answer was to provide a form for his costumers to list all of the issues they're having! If you are a small business owner you work hard, around the clock, to build your business. These people DO NOT care. My husband has endured so much painstaking stress, lack of sleep and loss of business as they rake his finances and reputation through the coals. They are not capable of building a commerce website. They will lie to get your business but in reality they do not guarantee that anything will work... and it won't! If it crashes on a weekend (and it will, frequently!)- you are out of luck. Please save yourself and your business the heartache. Do not trust them and do not waste your money. Steer clear of trademark productions.

I am a small business owner and I was having a lot of difficulties accessing all the functionality of my account. Danielle at Trademark was a huge help with regards to figuring out what the underlying problem was and how to resolve the issue. It was a big headache for me but I am so glad I found these guys and they were able to help me find a solution. If you are looking for any social media related help these guys are pros!

You better be well prepared to direct traffic when they start unloading because they want to get it done asap and get away. 3 items suffered damage from what I have discovered so far. When job complete the foreman Glenn would not accept my personal cheque....said policy is certified cheque only or etransfer....news to me. They had requested a $200 deposit by etransfer and wanted the balance on completion was all I was told. If you have to pay electronically you have to make sure your limit is high enough. Due to etransfer limits, we had to access 4 different accounts (1 was a friend's) standing in the driveway, no WIFI,. one of the etransfers bounced due to bad email....then the phone calls started, no patience on their part while we tried to sort out the problem with our bank. Move on Friday, done late....ended up processing new etransfer on the Monday. Havent heard from them since. My impression is all they care about is the money not customer satisfaction. Be aware!
