I've always had a really good night out when I've been in the past, so me & my friends decided to put the incident behind us and stay, but it did put a downer on our evening before it had even begun. I'm not normally one to complain but I contacted pinks via their website & explained what happened. They were incredibly helpful & have so far been apologetic, which made made me feel better about contacting them. It initially put me off going again, but as they've been so helpful I would definitely go back & recommend them for a good night out.
