Some of the Jumping Jaks team/staff were on the stage performing cetain dance routines which was pretty cool as it gets everyone else to join in and enjoy there night!! Drinks were at a good price £3.00 for a glass of wine and £3.30 for Malibu & Coke!!.. Was my friends birthday that day so she showed the DJ her I.D and was given a free bottle of champayne!!! Was also only £6.00 to get in and that was to get in all the four clubs: Jumping Jaks, Liquid, Sky Bar etc.. as they all have dividing doors into each club!!!

The age of people that usually go seem to either be barely legal to drink or 40+ (i might be being a little harsh but thats how i usually feel when i'm in there). The good thing about it is that you dont have to stay in that club if you dont want too. it is linked up to 3 other night clubs with no extra entrance fee needed. The other 3 places are much more modern and enjoyable.

The place had no air-conditioning on it was actually disgusting to the point my friends and i gave up on the dance floor and just went to the courtyard. The court yard is nice and they put evening loungers out there so on a nice evening it would be good to sit there and have a drink. Don't get me wrong I love to dress up do my hair and put the high heels on but that place was a totally different kettle of fish! I think since the show has become more popular it has unfortunately gone this way as the first time i went it wasn't as bad! Wouldn't really give it another chance. I witnessed a young, small girl, be held down by 4-5 male security for coming to talk to her brother/friend(?) after being kicked out for "vandalism in the toilets". Those toilets are gross and covered in vandalism, I doubt it's ever that serious. She was obviously having a panic attack and her brother was trying to explain to the staff she has autism so holding her down is just going to make everything worse. The owner was also there witnessing all of this and even joked that she was having a "psychotic break". That joke was the last straw for me, as someone who has experienced psychosis it's not a joke and this is NOT how to handle someone having an episode. The police need to investigate this grim place. Also the only place I've been spiked!! Not even moo moos did that

The club has two bars and a small dancefloor. In the main it does need a face lift as it appears a bit grotty (but this is part of its charm!). its £5 on the door before 10pm and £6 after. Saturday nights is indie/dance night. Drinks are reasonably priced. This club has the 'my feet are sticking to the floor' ambiance! There is a 'smoking area' outside and you have to pay for a smoking band priced at £1 - this is meant to go to charity. Cloakroom costs £1 also. If you are used to smart night clubs, this wouldn't be for you. However those that enjoy alternative music then this place is a good night out.
