We arrived at the Activity Barn at 2pm, thinking that they closed at 4pm, which gave us 2 hours to have fun. They told us they were closing at 3 because of Super Bowl. So we figured ok, we should be able to get several rides in in one hour. We went down the hill twice and then were told that they were closing which was at 2:35 pm! They were still selling tickets to people coming in even though they were closing down the run! It was $13 per person because of the time or $5 per ride, which means we could have paid $10 per person had we known they were going to close the run early! I'm not even sure if management is aware that their staff was doing this, but there were a LOT of pissed off customers this day! Don't be surprised if you get a lot of bad reviews on your business practices after this! read more

Great experience!! Extremely customer friendly, clean and have kind employees! I lost one of my gloves and if I remember his name correctly Ken, gave me a pair of his!!!! And the guy at the front desk offered pairs of winter pants to some of the people in our group that did not have any. Awesome experience, definitely recommend it!! read more

Im 51 years old and i have never had so much fun in all my life! I love the beautiful manager and the sleigh ride guide! We tubed so much and i could of done it for hours more. The sleigh ride is wonderful. You fulfilled my dreams. A Texas country girl whos never truly played in snow had a blast! They rent snow shoes, and the have a snack shack with drinks. They have the most friendly staff! Everyone is full of smiles and so helpfull. This is a must do! read more

If you have concerns about Covid, This is not the place for you. While they have good Covid restrictions in place, they are in no way enforcing them. Even when we asked about whether they would enforce their policies we were told that it was up to guest to decide whether they want to wear masks or not. People are in a line on the conveyor close together and at the top- so be prepared that there will be people not wearing masks and no one will do anything about it. Even some of their operators refused to wear masks. It is unfortunate because activities like this are likely to get shut down if no one is following the rules. This is an activity we have done each year but we will not be back anytime soon. read more

Great place for tubing in McCall! The hill is long and wide enough for large groups to connect. Lane 3 was the fastest for us. We went down solo, in twos, train of 6, circle of 6 and the guy at the top of the hill gave us a good spin off! You pay for two hour slots which is plenty of time, especially if there is no line! Horrible customer service - I bought tix two days in advance. However, due to an emergency, we had to drive back the same day that I bought the tickets. Our plan was to stay there for a couple of nights. So I called to cancel the tix. I was told to call another number. I did, and the rep told me that I should call the previous number or send email. I decided to send email, since both reps did not seem to want to help. I received a reply back, after 3 days. These people sell tickets so fast, so it's not an issue of them not being able to re-sale my tickets. They just are such greedy crooks that want to keep your money, even if you call two days in advance to cancel your tickets. I've been to bogus basin multiple times with my family. Always had a great experience and great customer service. read more

This place was amazing! We went as a family (5) and had a blast. We went up on a weekday and had no wait time and we're able to go down the hill any style we wanted with up to five people at a time. Our favorites were going "superman" style with our heads first, spinning as a group, and going down all five at a time. The staff were friendly and nice and the hill was amazing! The later you go in the day the faster you go down the hill! This is a must to go too! read more

We were in McCall for the Winter Carnival and The Activity Barn was the highlight of our trip! My husband and 2 boys went tubing and I opted to walk around and take pictures. They have improved it since we came here about 5 or 7 years ago, when we went then it was a rope tow and now it is a carpet ride to the top and seemed to have more lanes to tube down. they have a snack shack and horse drawn wagon rides (which was fun to photograph) and have added big tube biking to go with snow shoeing. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and can't wait to come back as we did not do the other activities this time. read more

From Nevada and came up for Winter Carnival. Had an Awesome time with the family here!! Best to go on a week day to avoid crowds and as it gets later (6ish) it's even better as the slopes go faster. We never had to wait in line. The staff was very nice. You can go down the mountain in a variety of ways; 2, 3, 4 or 5 people at a time. Check this place out! read more
