They took their battery back, said they tested it and it was good. They gave me my battery back and I left.

if i could give them zero stars i would. took 3 weeks to get my car in, then they had it for 3…read moreweeks before they caimed the frame was twisted and it was a total loss...took another 3 weeks to get my car. in that time they didnt even put the car parts back on the car and claimed they couldn't ("its like trying to put square pegs into a round hole due to the frame being twisted.") took the car to my mechanic and we put the parts back on in 1 hours time and the frame is totally straight...only issue is the part that goes around the front headlight, slightly bent. when i dropped off my car they said they would give me updates twice a week...they never called me once with an update. worst auto body shop ever...avoid this franchise, they are the worst!!! Just found out they removed my windshield washer fluid reservoir and didn't put the part back on the car or return it to me...as far as my knowledge they must give back all parts taken off the car...potentially illegal...nice driving in Michigan winter with no washer fluid....this place is a joke!!!

Eventually, it was 12 pm and no update. So I called the towing company, and the woman at their office told me it would be 45 minutes because they were finishing up another job. I called after an hour after that phone call because I had heard nothing, and they would not answer. I had my insurance call them at 12:52, and they said that they were still 30 minutes out. So now, I have to call for another towing company to get my car to the shop before close. I will not be using this company, I would not recommend this towing company, and will tell people to avoid it.
