He does quality work and beat every quote we had gotten (and we got many!) we got some shutters and automated coverings. The shutters are gorgeous and locally made which we appreciated. The automated coverings we got are amazing, he explained everything to detail and set realistic expectations of when we could have everything done. He's definitely a decorator and suggested certain colors and matching the flooring to the coverings. We wanted different colors and he did explain why they wouldn't work but we wanted them anyway. Of course he agreed that we could get whatever we wanted and made suggestions based on his expertise. He's very direct, old school no nonsense veteran which I'm sure that's why many people can't handle him. That was ok with us, we could handle it we did research on his work and all we saw was quality and honesty which is exactly what we got. We did get more quotes afterwards for the same coverings that he was offering and they were subpar materials and more expensive, when we asked if there would be other charges they were avoiding answering our questions and lots of bait and switch on their reviews. I don't know about you, but I'd rather have a blunt honest no BS seller than someone who's gonna BS us and end up paying more in money and time just because they were trying to sell us. Worst of all, they took it upon themselves to make an unauthorized charge to our American Express card of over $2,000 for the inadequate services without even asking our permission after they dug out our card number from an early one-time authorized charge. High traffics areas looked the same as before cleaning & I noticed the wall area on stairwell had water stains on my white paint :( Advised the associate of these issues, she apologized and happily rescheduled me an appt for next week due to them being booked for rest of week. Appt set for Tuesday 8/15/17 2-4p - technician was a NO CALL-NO SHOW. I call Natural Organic next morning and advise. Again lady associate was very apologetic, let me call my tech and call you back - returns call explains not sure why tech was NO SHOW she's so sorry, let her reschedule. I agree to another appointment, 8/18/17 Friday 7a-9a window - AGAIN NO CALL-NO SHOW!! SMH I call them and nice lady apologizes and again said, let me call my technician and I'll call you back - I tell her please let the owner know I am requesting a refund - I never heard back from anyone. I held off in writing this review to give them an opportunity to re-clean...however unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I took my 2018 Camry to Colima Auto Body Shop based on the rave online reviews. I dropped the car…read moreoff on Wednesday, paid the down payment and Luis took me back to the border. Then I took the trolly all the way home to El Cajon. The quote was less than a quarter of the estimate of a collision repair shop up here. Two days later Luis called and said the car was ready for pickup. By the way he uses WhatsApp to communicate. I took a taxi from the border to his shop. The work was impeccable and the car was restored to pristine condition. Only one problem. When I looked in my wallet for the money to pay him the money was not there. I probably dropped it as I was paying the taxi driver. I must say that Luis gets extra credit and high marks for not panicking or berating me. He drove me to the border. I took an Uber to the closest bank, withdrew the money, Ubered back to the border and walked across again. Luis picked me up. Then back to the shop, I paid him and I was on my way. The situation was complicated by the fact that I had taken the fob with me so that they were unable to move my car while I was away. My screwups! The shop is located in the back of an apartment building and is accessed through a narrow tunnel in the middle of that building. If you put the address in Google maps, you can see exactly what that building looks like. There is no sign on the street. Following the route on Google maps it is very easy to get there. They don't take credit cards. Luis' English is OK, but not great. He gets a capital P for patience though. Excellent work going above and beyond that necessitated by the collision at a price less than a quarter of the estimate in San Diego.

When you meet Luis, you'll get the impression that he's a honest businessman and that proved to be true. Luis was responsive and always had answers to my questions, he always was open and explained why he was doing certain things. He responded whenever I messaged him. The shop did very good work on my car. It looks brand new now. They fixed a piece of siding, some window parts, my door and trunk latches, they painted parts and fix things on my behalf that I was not even expecting them to do. They finished earlier than I expected. They finished with an extremely good paint job with no problems or hiccups. They were cleaning parts of my car and my tires when I arrived. They asked me questions and provided me with exactly the services that I wanted. I am going to recommend Luis and his team to my friends and family and anyone else. Excellent and recommended experience!
