I watched the kid doing the work, he looked like a lost lamb, when all was said and done, it cost me 3 days without my truck and $1519.36. A week after they replaced my calipers I noticed a rattle, you guessed it a loose caliper. I jacked it up and tighten it myself, thats how little confidence I have in their service department. Crystal did give me my next oil change free. I will take that oil change, making sure that they not touch anything else on my truck. They also gave me a so called free rental car for my trouble, it was on my bill also. If you just want the oil changed, make an appointment and they can do that ok, whatever you do don't just drive in for a oil change, you will be there all day. This dealership does alot of troubleshooting with expensive parts that you may or may not need. The techs are not the best trained in the business but are getting lots of OJT on your car or truck. There are alot of great auto repair shops in the Columbia area, this dealership is not one of them, even if you buy a car from them, don't take it there for anything but an oil change. This dealerships service department is a joke, untrained techs, rude service manager and totally clueless ownership.

They act like q brand new car off the showroom floor is supposed to make noises when turning the wheel to the right on the drivers side. I have plenty of records of the repairs they have supposedly made and the car is still making a grinding noise. Lexus is no longer luxury, in my opinion. I never expected this from them. My car is a 2022.

DON'T BUY HERE!!! If I could give this dealership a 0 star - I would. I am a disabled veteran and…read morecontacted them because I found their dealership through my lender (USAA) who partners with TrueCar. TrueCar now has an ongoing investigation with their dealership for deceptive practices and has advised me the owner is not returning their phone call and Heather says she is 'out of it now". Next step is that they get flagged for their deceptive practices and removed from being in partnership with TrueCar....THAT is just HUGE. I THOUGHT, because I employed a trusted service, I would be safe to trust a dealership in helping me to purchase a vehicle and have it delivered to me since I cannot sit or stand for any great length of time. I also have two small toddlers and between the two issues, told them I could not make the 4 hour drive. We did most of our dealings via phone call or text, and they assured me, I was buying a beautiful vehicle that was mechanically sound and has had NO issues. I SPECIFICALLY asked if it had any mechanical issues or the check engine light on - they assured me it didn't and they wouldn't sell a defective vehicle....well that was deceptive. Upon delivery - the running boards to the truck I purchased were swapped out for cheaper and shorter ones...problem number one. I did NOT get the truck as advertised. The bigger problem? The dealership text me just before the truck was to arrive and advised the check engine light was ON...no big deal they said, just have it reset because they needed to fill DEF fluid. The delivery driver advised me he noticed the check engine light was on and that the dash was stating I could not drive over 55 mph. Of course, I get on the phone w the dealer...what to they tell me? That the owner Nike, will call me the next day about the issue by noon and that I bought the truck so there is no returns. SERIOUSLY? I told them I wanted it fixed. I immediately take it to a local and reputable mechanic, he advises me that not only was the DEF fluid NOT filled, it was bad and needed to be completely flushed. Wait, that's not all - The DEF sensors are BAD - here we are now at $1,300 to fix. Wait, STILL not done - the TURBOCHARGER is BAD and needs to be completely replaced. Currently sitting at a $4,200 plus fix...just to get a WORKING and RUNNING vehicle!! Which is what they TOLD me they were selling me. I called them almost daily if not multiple times a day - STILL no return phone call from the owner as promised. I have now had to retain an attorney to file a lawsuit, contacted the local media, filed with the BBB and TrueCar - not to mention reach out to local veterans groups, just to protect other buyers! This is just bad business sense. Now, if they chose to make it right in a timely manner - I would be glad to update my review.

If you knew you had a customer on the way , you should have told your receptionist to wait until y'all close to leave. Your cars are trash anyway and not worth 2 wooden nickels put together. I have had to replace and put more money in the car that I purchased from you all than it was worth to begin with because you lied and said nothing was wrong with it lol. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THEM. They are NOT reliable and they are very weak and nasty when it comes to customer service. New GLE 350 Last year I fell in love with the new GLE350. 10…read moredays ago, I drove it in a west coast car dealership. We found my dream car, and sat down to make the deal, (and have it sent to our new home in SC). The overage was so high and the dealer had the audacity to say, "if you had bought here before I could do better." We talked to three west coast dealerships and the aloofness and prices were all too high. Last week we started the SC hunt for the car with the colors and features I wanted. We shopped in person or online/phone with Greenville. Charlotte, Mt Pleasant, Hilton Head, and even 2 in Atlanta. Either stock was low, or "market adjustments" were ridiculously high. and a few people were just a little too big for their britches. While in Greenville for Thanksgiving, searching online, I found Columbia's Dick Dyer Mercedes Benz. I called 20 minutes before closing and got ahold of Eric Butler. Eric was knowledgeable, kind and friendly. He answered our questions, no pressure, and not an iota of aloofness! He was willing to stay late so we could come in. He listened, was efficient, and so willing to work with us. As the hour progressed the Sales Mgr and another Salesman who also stayed late, never made us feel pressured. They were ready to let us take the car home and/or bring it to us! Even our Orange Clemson gear was welcomed by these Game Cocks and we felt so cared for. We chose to come back last Saturday; (Rival weekend game day) to finish the sale, and worked w Evan in finance, who continued the smooth, family oriented business process, and finally Andrea who patiently taught us all the incredible bells and whistles of our new ride. Since driving off the lot, I have received multiple positive follow ups. I will be making the drive to Columbia for service because after sampling multiple dealerships, we have decided Dick Dyer is our Mercedes Benz Dealership. After 40 years of buying and selling cars Eric was by far our best salesman and this dealership, hands down, our best experience. Thank you Dick Dyer! I love my new car!
