That said the staff is really nice, the facility is clean, and when not busy the gym largely has what I'm looking for but when you get in at a later or earlier time when busier expect delays to the finish of your workout while waiting for things to open up.

They have huge tennis courts inside, a rad biking room with UV-like lighting and your essentials as far as machine goes. It's definitely NOT a room full of people all doing the same thing at the same time with an instructor at the head of the class! I've had a memberships at other gyms where I would know faces but not people. I mostly kept to myself with my headphones on and that's the way I liked to train. I've come to know some really awesome people over the past year at Kri Chay's and I truly enjoy the camaraderie. Lot's of positive vibes!
