We acquire firewood, some donated, some we buy, we load up our trailer and go distribute it at different homes within the Navajo reservation. A close friend of mine lives in Grand Junction, Colo. stated he wanted to help. Jason Harris works at Dan's towing and he contacted the ladies of this place and they donated firewood and fresh peaches on October 10, 2019. The firewood and fresh peaches went to a family of a Vietnam veteran, a recently widowed lady and several other families. Some received just peaches, a few received firewood, a couple received both. Thank YOU, Leslie, Carey & Debbie . Update: we went back for more, 10-26-19, bought some more peaches as the season progresses to a close. We're already planning a run for cherries in June 2020.
