When I got the tallit home, it turned out to be 47" long. I e-mailed the store promptly, requesting a return/refund, but the owner can't be bothered to make such an arrangement. Not a hint of an apology from the owner. And despite a bogus claim on a phone message that "I tried to refund your money," no such refund has been initiated--now a month and a half after my request. My bank is now disputing the credit card transaction on my behalf. In the meantime, I urge you not to patronize this dishonorable business.

Disappointed and frustrated, I placed a last minute birthday order with a large corporation and tried to put the matter behind me. Well color me surprised when the Flowers & Fancies team sent me an arrangement to apologize for the error. I was shocked, surprised, and necessarily reminded that mistakes happen and it's best to have patience and understanding, especially for local, well meaning businesses. They definitely have a wide variety of products. Prices are ok. You can fine similar products online for a little cheaper but you won't have those convenience to see it in person and get it right away. All the employees inside were helpful and friendly. It's seasonal so I only ever come during the Halloween season. I would come back to this location. It's very convenient so hopefully it will be back next year.
