Owner said the vehicle was ready for pickup, when we went there to pick it up, the battery was dead. We had to push the car out of the lot, take the battery out, bring to autozone to get a charge, reinstall it on the car, and remove the advertisements from the windshield, wash the windshield considering you couldn't even see out of it. Disgusting, considering they charge 10% of the sales price! Total ripoff, careless, poor customer service, standard scam outside a naval base.

I became interested in cars after I started playing a video game called Grand Theft Auto 5. While I was modding virtual cars in the game, I started wanting to do that for a real life car! Haha. As a student on a budget, I'm not able to afford fancy cars or do expensive modding. But I could do something within my student wallet means on an older car. I decided the first thing I wanted to do was add on a spoiler. I talked to one of my car-loving friends and he recommended Garage Five Performance Tuning to me. I emailed Garage Five some inquiries, and Rob was polite and professional in his replies. I think he's the owner or manager. I bought a spoiler for my car on eBay and had it shipped from US to Canada. I was a bit nervous about this because I've never done anything like this before. I was really careful and did my due diligence in making sure it was correct for my car model and the factory paint matching the vehicle -- and I had emailed all of that to Rob. Rob was very helpful. He was transparent about pricing and on the time needed to install it. The staff at Garage Five were very professional, friendly, and did a wonderful job installing the spoiler onto the car. They found a defective problem with the spoiler lights (which would be the fault of the eBay seller). I've uploaded a photo of the car spoiler. But because of the rest of the experience, I'll try to avoid this store from now on. Nobody here that I encountered is willing to help out customers unless specifically asked and even then, they do it with intense bad attitude and apparent displeasure. I didn't have my glasses with me so I asked for one of the guys to help me replace the wipers. One thing to note here, is that there were no other customers in the store and they were literally standing around. The young guy who finally dragged his feet all the way to my car didn't even reply when I smiled and thanked him. I frequented this store quite a bit in the past and I don't remember customer service ever being this bad. Quite the opposite, they were always willing to come out to give me a hand. I also agree with some of the comments here about the cashier. They (both of them ladies) are as , if not more morose and unfriendly as the sales staff.

Big pool of oil appears under the motor. I point it out " don't worry, it will go away. Trust us. We are here for you, if it doesn't. that's why we are expensive." Leak does not go away, I return to Jacob's "Sure we will fix it, that will be another 12 THOUSAND dollars." I am still choked, 3 years later. I sure wanted to like the owner.
