I especially appreciate that he's honest and will be frank in telling you that if you want him to repair using the cheapest parts he'll do that, but he warranty the work. I don't blame him! I told him I need to watch my budget and he said he's look for the best price on well made parts from reputable manufacturers. That's only fair. He's also a really good guy with a positive attitude. So nice to work with a repair person who isn't grouchy or touchy when you ask questions. I'm curious and if I can learn something that will help me catch a problem BEFORE is more serious than it has to be, then I'd like to do that. I think that's best for both sides of a repair issue. However, when my stacked washer/dryer wasn't working, I called Tony's, and I couldn't be happier. Kyle came out, figured out the problem, and fixed it. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and efficient. The fee was pretty reasonable, and Dawn, who made the appointment, was quite professional. (He's come out a second time since, but the problem wasn't the appliance. Kyle was great then, too.) Kyle mentioned that he thought all the appliances in my home were from Tony's, and he's right. I checked the big book of house documents the sellers left for me, and all the receipts are right there: for the fridge, the washer/dryer, the dishwasher, and the microwave. I have to say that I'm not terribly gentle with appliances, and these are SOLID. They're relatively new models, and they are all in great shape, work well, and look nice. If I had to replace anything, I'd do it at Tony's. If you haven't been by, check it out--the place looks great! Tony's is a big bright spot in the Illinois Valley!
