You can top it with coconut milk or sugar water. Being from the States we have these Vietnamese desserts everywhere. When I got to Cabramatta I expected to find these dessert shops in abundance but was disappointed that they were so hard to find. Taiwanese dessert shops are not the same thing. I have been looking for a good Vietnamese Ché shop and even though they don't offer everything they have at least the basic ones and good selection of items.
