When I got to Cabramatta I expected to find these dessert shops in abundance but was disappointed that they were so hard to find. Taiwanese dessert shops are not the same thing. I have been looking for a good Vietnamese Ché shop and even though they don't offer everything they have at least the basic ones and good selection of items. They also carry a really great avocado toast which seemed a little pricey but is quite generous being two slices and comes on sourdough toast with cashew butter. My drink was perfect with the right mix of coffee and chocolate, served warm enough to help me make the ten minute trek to my office on a colder than usual winter Australian morning.
