Thai seafood soup, beef chow mein, steamed white rice, Thai iced tea
    Susie M.

I try not to abuse this place and come here too often and usually save it for special occasions. Something about their thai seafood soup (medium spicy) just sits in your soul so delicately. I always get it with a side of large steam white rice and just pour some broth on it. Never misses a beat. Makes my soul so happy! I've always tried various renditions of their chow mein with either beef, shrimp, straight veggie and it's always so balanced. I find their chow mein unique with a little sweetness, I never get tired of it. Food always comes out quick whether dine in or to go, but they do tend to get some rushes sometimes. It's two-three amazing people always making it happen. It is a slightly small location with very traditional thai art. Their seating can sit several families and there is plenty of parking available too! See you next time!

    Pad Thai with chicken

I haven't been to the Thailand house in a very very long time. 5 or so years! I used to come here regularly around 2 to 3 times a month. We ordered our usual Pad See Ew with tofu, Pad Thai with chicken, Green curry with shrimp, and the chicken satay. Everything was really delicious! The peanut sauce with the chicken satay was a little interesting though. We can't wait to come back!

Lunch hours. I was told only to 3pm inside for lunch special. Makes no sense

I'm probably being generous with the 2 stars. Arrived at 2:48pm for lunch special. Hours on outside say toll 3:30 but was told 3pm by the only person working there. Chicken pad Thai. I asked if i can have peanuts with it like most THAI places serve it. NO....only with a la carte order. Come on....how much are a few peanuts when the lunch special is $8.50. It was very bland and the little pieces of Chicken were so rock hard it was not the best. The egg roll was like warm and soggy (most likely been sitting for a while) They did RE-make it for me. The guy was on his phone the whole time and hard to get good service. I was able to get his attention and some more water. Never once asked how my food was No hurry to return. Cheers !!!

We were driving choose to stop and unsure if it would be good or not. So first we got egg rolls delicious. Probably one of the best. They taste sooo fresh and crispy. They tea also it's always a hit or miss and it was a hit. They food also we great lunch size came with a mini egg roll which was a lil harder but still good and also a sized which after I didn't even finish my food I was full. And customer service was great always asking if I needed more or refills. Love little small family restaurant

I ate here for the first time a few weeks ago. Their Chicken Pad Thai was mentioned in the comments more than once so I gave that a try. It was great, I loved the flavors. I ordered it with a large side of rice and it was a lot of food. I would definitely order it again as well as recommend it to others. They have a lot of entrees to choose from as well as a nice selection of lunch and dinner specials.

Horrible service, one of the women who works there was extremely rude and disrespectful to my mom. My mom and I have been coming here for years and recently she took my stepdad and he didn't like his fried rice, so they asked them to take it off the bill. We came back again today because like I said, we never had a problem with them until today. It's my mom's birthday and we go in to order, my mom asks for fried rice (which we have ordered at least a dozen times) and the lady loudly denies her and says last time we ordered fried rice we cancelled the order so she wouldn't let us order it again after we have came and enjoyed it numerous times all because they couldn't accept some constructive criticism. Terrible experience and almost ruined my mom's birthday party. We will never return.

Best pad thai! Lots of large shrimp!
    Julia D.

Really great pad Thai. The noodles resembled angel hair pasta so it kinda confused me at first but the flavor and texture was perfect! Large portions definitely a sharing plate. And they have me so many large shrimp! I highly recommend it! The atmosphere is a bit dull kinda a hole in the wall spot and the service isn't anything to brag about since it seems like everyone hangs out in the back instead of checking on you but the food really makes it 5 star!

The food was outstanding extremely bold flavors, perfectly balanced spices, and everything tasted fresh and authentic. The Pad Thai I ordered had that ideal sweet-tangy depth, the curry was rich and comforting, and the appetizers disappeared for way too fast. You can tell the kitchen knows exactly what it's doing. We got there minutes past their lunch time so ended up ordering from the dinner menu. It wasn't very crowded two other tables were occupied. We're not huge eaters, but unanimously agreed that the portions weren't generous especially compared to the price point. One person in our group ordered a yellow curry (vegetarian with no tofu) for $19.95. They literally got a small bowl and for some reason had to order the rice separately as an add on, it was ridiculous. I'm not sure if that was a one off or the waiter randomly decided it would be extra, but every other Thai restaurant I've been to includes the rice. So essentially all my friend ordered was a small bowl of vegetarian yellow curry for $20... I ordered the Khao soy which was good, and the third person was satisfied with their Kung Pao shrimp. I'm giving it the 3 stars for the service which was fast and he was on it.

I would like to briefly describe my very unpleasant experience with this restaurant while…read moredelivering food for one of my customers. I have been working with Uber deliveries for more than ten years and have delivered thousands of food orders across Los Angeles. When I arrived at the restaurant to pick up the customer's order, I noticed that it included many items and several drinks. As soon as I lifted the paper bag, I realized it was too heavy and could easily tear or get damaged before reaching the customer. I politely asked the employee in charge to please check the package and, if possible, either place it into another bag for extra support or divide the food into two bags to make it safer for transport. The employee kindly agreed and started helping. However, a young man who introduced himself as the manager interrupted and said, "We don't have time for this." He then rudely told me to cancel the delivery and leave the restaurant immediately. In all my years of work, I have never experienced such disrespect and lack of professionalism toward someone who was simply trying to make sure the customer received their food safely and properly. He clearly stated that neither I nor the customer mattered to him, and that I should either take the order as it was or leave immediately. By acting this way, he made three major mistakes: 1. Disrespecting me 2. Disrespecting the customer 3. Disrespecting his own employee who had already understood the problem and was trying to solve it professionally In the end, the same employee kindly solved the issue by dividing the order into two bags. I am writing this report so that customers and the restaurant owner can be aware of the quality of packaging and customer service at this restaurant. My goal is only to encourage improvement. I sincerely hope this manager realizes his mistake and rude behavior, apologizes, and that the restaurant pays more attention to proper food packaging in the future. I also informed the customer at the time of delivery and explained the situation, asking them to report the matter to the restaurant owner as well. In addition, the restaurant's relatively low review rating (3.5 out of 5) clearly suggests that management should pay closer attention to these kinds of issues. In today's highly competitive market, restaurants that ignore customer service, professionalism, and proper food packaging will have very little chance of long-term success. With more than ten years of delivery experience, I would also be willing to share my professional experience and suggestions, if needed, to help improve the quality of their food packaging and delivery process. Thank you for your attention.
