Prior to finding this magical place, I was nervous to return to my asana practice due to life circumstances. It had been 4 years since I was on my mat. It's like those obstacles poofed into thin air! What I love most about Keller Yoga is the diversity of classes and instruction they provide. Every class feels consistent, yet different. I've finally found a studio where my practice doesn't feel like sport or competition. Another added bonus is my family gets to join me for community classes on Friday's. My daughter is 3 years old and can't stop talking about yoga! My heart can't get any fuller. Thank you to all of the special instructors who have made us feel at home. Each and every one of you have changed our lives. We love you!

My wife started going to Keller Yoga, loved it, and invited me to a class. It was wonderful. Now, we are both members and I'm going a few times a week. Here's what I like: all of the instructors I've worked with are welcoming, supportive, and fun. They encourage you to focus on your own practice and what feels right for you, which helps quiet my inner critic. They give clear cues so it's easy to follow. There is a focus on mindfulness and breathing that starts and ends sessions with calm. And there are people of all ages and backgrounds. It's just a good environment.

I…read morehadn't taken a yoga class in at least a year when I tried Michelle's Saturday morning vinyasa class a couple of months ago, and I was a little afraid that it was going to wreck me. Because she modifies the class for all levels and pays close attention to the needs of her students, the class was perfect for me. It actually inspired me to return to my practice of yoga. I've now attended classes with a couple different instructors, and have been pleased with all of their different styles. The common thread between the instructors at Sacred Soul seems to be a calming, almost zen temperament, which I greatly appreciate. For me, the most important aspect of the practice is the sense of peace and acceptance I feel during class, as well as afterwards. I attended the Yoga Nidra class last Sunday, and it was absolutely amazing. I suffer from an especially acute monkey mind, and the Yoga Nidra class at Sacred Soul may be the best nidra class I have ever attended in my life.

And this was my fault cause I didn't ask all the right questions since I had never been a member of a fitness club, lesson learned. So if you want to do the unlimited/monthly, you are committed to a three month plan with a 30 days notice. So just be aware when you go to that free class that is not mentioned and this is just letting anyone that is interested in becoming a member. This is a great place. The people are wonderful, but there is that enrollment policy that you need to consider...enjoy!!

And if you want to check it out, they have a special- 4 classes for $24. Can't beat that! The only thing and this is just a personal preference and not anything bad on them at all! But I prefer my hot yoga classes to be extremely hot, like sauna, 95/98 degrees hot. But I'm definitely in the minority with that preference.

This was another wonderful stop on my yoga journey as of late. Class Pass enables me to check out…read moredifferent yoga studios when I just don't feel like going to "work" to workout. Thankfully Inspire Yoga was on the list of studios close by so I went to the Yin class with Abby. The room was warm, I wouldn't say super hot so we were able stretch out our muscles and not be sweating a ton. We did a ton of hip opening stretches with is always great when you do a lot of endurance sports. Overall this studio is convenient enough to check in every once in a while. But they do offer a wonderful variety whether you are just stating out or if you are an advanced yogi. They also have a lot of fun events (this location as well as the Grapevine one) so get in on one of those and enjoy!
