Pho

Food was fresh and hot and had great flavor. We had the pad see ew and pho. Both were large servings and delicious.

Pad woosen with shrimp/vegetables medium spicy! Sooooo good

My Mom was craving thai cuisine and stopped here for a pick up order! My ordered flat noodles with shrimp/vegetables and I ordered the pan wootsen with shrimp, spicy! The service was great, the staff were friendly and attentive! I ordered a glass of Riesling while I wait, really good! Ambiance was chill, place very quaint! Will most definitely be back because they are soooo close to home! Parking is free, located in a plaza!

Beef pho (Bowl from Moes because I wasn't given one)

Amazing service, extremely mediocre food. I'm a huge pho fan and this place didn't even hit near the mark. Flavorless and served to me in a carry out rather than a soup bowl.

Basil Catfish

Great food, good service. I tried this place on a whim, and it definitely did not disappoint. Food made to order, I got the basil catfish and it was excellent. Ambiance was a tad dark on the inside and traffic in the area is tricky. But if you're looking for something different for dinner, check them out.

If you're craving authentic Thai cuisine and a cozy ambiance, Thai Time is a must visit in McDonough, GA. I have been coming here for years and am impressed by the thoughtful updates they've made. This charming eatery serves up delicious dishes and has real spice in their food scaling from 1-5 (5 being the spiciest). My favorites are the Basil Duck, Papaya Salad, and Angel Wings. I either pair them with a nice Thai Tea or one of the Thai Beers (Singha or Chang). The service is consistent and they definitely match energy. It's what I love about them! Over time, a few of their policies, website, and hours have updated. These changes reflect their commitment in ensuring that their staff is treated fairly and can work in a well-supported environment. It's refreshing to see a restaurant that prioritizes their team, especially in the world we live in now. Their most frequent website is: thaitimemcdonough.weebly.com Their hours are: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 11:30am-3:00pm (the kitchen closes at 2:30pm) & 4:00pm-8:00pm (the kitchen closes at 7:30pm). Tuesday - closed all day Friday & Saturday 11:30am-3:00pm (the kitchen closes at 2:30pm) & 4:00pm-9:00pm (the kitchen closes at 8:30pm). I do recommend planning your visits accordingly (whether you're dining in, walking in and taking out, or calling over the phone) since the kitchen closes 30 mins before their closing time and no orders will be taken. If you're also looking for delivery services they offer them through Ubereats, Grubhub, and Doordash.

I gave this place 2 stars simply because they do not offer vegan/vegetarian staples that many other Thai restaurants offer. For example, all of their soups are chicken broth based; not coconut milk based. And they were out of mango sticky rice. I ordered spring rolls and green curry with mixed vegetables and brown rice (Hot). The curry was flavorful but not Hot, more like mild. The server did bring us a spice rack and sriracha sauce. Overall, I would have preferred more curry sauce. My friend ordered crispy tofu (which she never received) and red curry with tofu and brown rice (Thai Hot). She said hers was amazing and quite spicy. I am a HUGE green curry fanatic (a browse of my other reviews will clearly show that). This restaurant did not make my top 5 list.

The best place to get pad thai. My family and I ate here many times. Service has always been great and the place was very comfortable.
