I asked for single eyelash extensions, but they use the cheap one that's not singles, every thick and Not even curled. They brushed blue right on top of my own lashes so my upper lashes and lower lashes and fake extensions are all glued together. So I cannot even open my eye. They Cut almost all of my lower lashes just saw my eye can be open. And I have to clean out all the upper lash mess myself in order to redo the extensions, otherwise I ll have no upper and lower lashes at all... I was there almost 4 hours just to get the lash extensions mess over... so mad...

There was a bit of a…read morewait, about 45 minutes because of that (which we didn't mind since there is a dollar general nearby). The manicure and pedicure both took a little while to do, more than normal, when I only got a regular gel pedicure and a detailed manicure. Overall, it definitely took longer than an hour so not the place to go to if you're in a rush. And my gel manicure and pedicure turned out to be $90 too which is much more expensive than I was expecting. However, everyone was friendly, and despite being busier than normal and it being a holiday weekend they were able to squeeze us in which we appreciated very much! Inside, it was clean and light music played so the atmosphere was nice as well. That being said, the nails turned out great and we will be going again!

I am not a local and moved here about 3 years ago. I have very thin nails and they break or split…read moreif I don't have nail dip on them. I went to several different salons in the area and mostly had disastrous results. Like I said, my nails are thin, so you have to be very careful on how far you sand them down because it doesn't take much to take too much off and cause pain, also I have the added bonus of not being able to do the UV light because it causes a reaction on my cuticles causing blisters and horrible itching. No one can tell me why. Anyways, after many horrible experiences I landed here and from the start I told them all of my issues hoping I wasn't sounding like a Karen customer, but they listened to my issues took them seriously and have been taking care of me ever since. I WONT go anywhere else. I love all of the technicians there.

They also offer waxing in a separate area. ++ Service was fast and friendly. I've had my nails done by Cici and Lilly. They were both professional, pleasant and efficient. We were lucky when we got there with NO wait and took just over an hour for 2 of us to each get mani-pedi. A few minutes after 6 more people walked in and they waited a little. = Price was average - look at my pic of their prices + Parking was ample and shared with other retailers in the shopping center. It's an easy and reliable salon and they were getting a steady stream of walk-ins and appointments every time I've been there. I'll definitely be returning to this place!

She showed them a simple design and half way through she was holding back tears. I came over to check on her after my disaster, I'll speak on in just a sec, and asked her how it was going. Mind you she is still learning how to use her voice, she started crying. The male nail tech was free-styling his own idea so another came along to try and fix his doings. That was nice. Except she didn't do much better. not sure why it was so difficult to do two wavy lines. As for my experience, ive never had so horribly filed and misshapen nails. The pinky she showed me was a good shape the other nine are so crooked and uneven. The paint is bumpy and looks like my daughter painted them. On top of this another customer made a scene while i was waiting for daughter complaining of the same Male tech that started my daughters nails. We were both just in a rush to get out of them. inexperienced, unprofessional. Do NOT recommend!
