Downstairs you have the open kitchen where the chefs prepare the delicious fresh food. The food is really very good and it tastes very authentic. I've not been to Thailand yet, but friends of mine who have, say that it's very close to what the food in Thailand tastes like. When you order an orange juice, lychee or coconut juice you will love the way they present that too. I got the spring rolls, chicken green curry and pad thai and it was all great. I asked for it to be spicy (as in Thai spicy, not Holland spicy), and they were worried about the heat level so they gave me a little portion of tapioca with coconut milk in case the Thai peppers were too overwhelming (which they weren't).
