Love this place - truly reminded me of my time living in Thailand when I walked in. It's a small restaurant with interesting decor. We've been twice now and service is always great. The food is delicious! Our favorite appetizer so far is "Winter Presents" - little packages of fried wonton goodness filled with cream cheese and served with sweet chili sauce. (Love some of the names of the dishes - "Lady in Green Sprinkle," Jasmine in the Pool") I've had the basil fried rice and the panang curry - both great! NOTE: Listen to them when they say "don't ask for mild" - even the mild is spicy. Hubs usually eats "Thai hot" but server discouraged it and "hot" was plenty hot enough for him.

Average Thai food in our humble opinion. The restaurant was relatively full on a Sunday at lunchtime, and food came out fast and hot. Salmon was dry and overcooked. No one asked about the food, so we didn't say anything. We came based on previous reviews from others but weren't quite as impressed

Was craving some Thai food and decided to try this place. We barely made it in as they were closing in about 45 minutes! We called and were assured that if we showed up in 15 minutes, we would be able to enjoy dinner here at the restaurant. It's a small restaurant but packed full of flavor !! Yum! We ordered chicken satay, summer roll, pad gra prao, pineapple curry with chicken. We were pleasantly surprised by the taste of the food we ordered given the area. While we've had some excellent Thai food in other cities and in Thailand, Thai kitchen did not disappoint our palates! Would definitely come back here again if we're in the area.

They close the kitchen at 7:50 on a Saturday night we had no opportunity to eat our dinner and decide on any dessert. The coccunt soup Tom Kha had too many ingredients it was odd. With no offset heat or curry it tasted like milk. Pad Thai was good the chicken was over cooked the shrimp was perfect. The appetizer the pork that takes 15- plus minutes was 5 stars. The deep fried chicken dish the pieces used were too small. We had big expectations that fell short. We ventured out 30 plus mins hoping to make this a new favorite unfortunately it didn't make the grade to warrant a long ride again. The Thai iced tea was also more milk tasting then desired

We've been coming here for years and I can't believe I'm just now writing a review. A small family owned shop, we haven't dined in in years. We normally always get to-go. They are always busy, and they will always be upfront with you when you call in to let you know about how long for pick-up. If you are wanting a dead shop that takes 10 min for to-go, this is not your place. If you like fresh, wonderful, authentic food then they are your best best. People I know rave about certain Thai places in Daytona, this place blows all the other out of the water. Our favorites are; winter presents, summer breeze rolls, chicken lava, pad see ew, pad satay and of course the best soup you'll ever get: chick Tom kha!

Looks good but was but horribly greasy and oily and not. Chick Pad Thai

Absolutely terrible! I will rate based on service but also food. Ordered Chix Pad Thai lunch special and it was a good deal but as we know you get what you pay for. They wanted to charge me $5 extra for making spicier than Thai hot and I declined that. Then when I went to pick it up I asked for the 4 containers to go and they said I could only have 2 for to go and if I wanted all 4 I would have to dine in next time or pay $2 extra. Ummm no thanks. It was so hot in there too. The girl said "Ya everything is expensive these days" like I need to know that from her. Then said if my "tummy hurt later.." I stopped her there and explained how I eat the hottest peppers etc and she was just full of attitude. The food was the worst! Very greasy and oily and just not something you feel comfortable eating but I ate it because I paid for it and was hungry. If they're that cheap and trying to cut down many corners it makes you wonder where else they're doing it. Oil was bad as well. She doesn't know my situation either. It was a gross experience and I will not be back. Do not recommend!

Food was fresh and portions large. Loved the peanut sauce . They were busy so service was stretched and stressed.

The restaurant is located in a strip mall - clean, neat with a few tables and booths (but you can also reserve for large groups). This place was on the list to try and I'm so glad we did! First, Alice, who is one of the owners, waited on us and could not have been more friendly or personable - she is a joy! The restaurant serves a number of different Asian cuisines - in addition to Chinese there are Thai, Japanese and Vietnamese offerings as well. We started with pan-fried gyoza which were SO good - fresh and flavorful. Hubs loves kimchi so had to try theirs - he inhaled the bowl and declared it amazing (I'm not a fan but it did smell yummy and garlicky!!). He enjoyed it so much he got an order to go as well. I tried my go-to Chinese favorite Kung Pao Chicken - it was quite good, well spiced, full of fresh veggies and lots of peanuts. Next time I'll probably get it with shrimp or tofu. Hubs had Pad Kee Mao with chicken (Thai hot!) and loved it. Although we were too full, the almond pudding on the menu did sound good - maybe next time!

Our favorites were the roast bbq pork buns (baked char siu bao), lotus leaf wrapped rice (lo mai gai), and the chewy fried dimsum (ham sui gok). And the radish cake with XO sauce! Good spice level. Service is friendly and prompt. The tasteful interior is nicely lit, not too bright. There is bar seating but most sit in one of the many booths, and there are bigger tables for large groups. I almost can't believe dimsum this tasty exists in Port Orange. We're excited to go back and try the roast duck!

I got the beef brisket noodle soup and my father got the braised pork belly and taro. Stand out favorites were the baked pork buns and sesame balls, both perfectly cooked and filled. The siu mai were available as shrimp, pork, or beef - we got shrimp and yes it was nice shrimp but I prefer the shrimp/pork mixture. Seafood dumplings were good as was the eggplant. The black bean pork rib tips were a bit underseasoned and the soup dumplings had only a few drops of soup and too thick skins BUT if you just think of them as ginger pork dumplings they're great. Brisket noodles soup was good but nothing outstanding. The pork belly was thick cut and perfectly cooked tender and fatty and while we assumed it would be chunks of taro it turned out to be minced into the sauce. Mostly sweet without much other nuance but adding a bit of the chili paste we asked for made it better. Only complaint is that after our final dish came out we never saw our waiter again. A younger waiter started working the floor which only had 3 other tables occupied. We had to flag him down for take out boxes and the check after sitting there for 10 minutes despite him having visited once to refill water when we were already done. If I'm craving dim sum and had to be in the area I'd go again but I'll still be going to Orlando to really scratch that dim sum itch.

This is different, this is the real deal. You look at their menu and know it's legit at once--then there are the desserts which are also legit and remarkably so--very welcome. My bun bowl with skewered grilled pork and spring roll was absolutely perfect. Like, it seriously could not have been any better. Adrian, my waiter, was also excellent. My only critique--and it may seem a petty one--is the music was banal, trite, American and British pop hits from the early 2000s. There is so much good Viet pop and other Asian music--K-pop if nothing else--they could play, so why this? I don't want to hear the same music Kohl's plays at a restaurant so magical and delicious. But aside from the bad choice of tunes, this is a gem in full.
