EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL... We ordered takeout from here.. simple order.. when we get back to our place (which is about 10 minutes away) we realized they gave us the wrong order. As soon as we realized this, we called them to see if we could make things right. Instead the employee immediately started YELLING at our daughter stating it was our fault and then proceeded to hang up on her. Never once did he apologize or offer to correct this.. he was very argumentative and HUNG UP THE PHONE! He now refuses to answer our calls. This was our second time ordering from here but it will sadly be our last... I have worked in the restaurant/retail industry so I understand that orders get mixed up but when it comes to the employee being very rude over their own mistake, that is crossing the line. UPDATE: After speaking with two employees who were on a different shift they were very helpful in fixing our situation and were very polite. This was a big relief from the overpriced and overcrowded restaurants around the area. This was reasonably priced yet very authentic. I had the seafood soup which was tasty and then my normal Pad Thai Chicken. They were kind enough to add cabbage for me and they didn't even charge extra. The portion was huge and I left a lot behind. They had a lot of interesting selections on the menu and I'd go back to try more next time I'm in Myrtle Beach. Loved this place! My girlfriends and I were starving and looking for a place to eat, and we ended up stumbling upon this little gem. Our waitress was so kind and went out of her way to make sure everything was gluten free for our one girlfriend who is super allergic to wheat. The food we ordered was delicious - fresh spring rolls, vegetable rolls, coconut soup and pad Thai - all was so delicious! I really loved the soup, and the fresh rolls with shrimp were so so so delicious. The space was really open, and the bathrooms were super clean and tidy. I love Thai Green Curry & get it everytime I order Thai. This was one of my favorites of all time. So much flavor and great vegetables. They asked how spicy I wanted on a scale of 1-5, I said 4 and it was on point. Super spicy, but manageable. It's the first time at any restaurant where the spice was just right. Great customer service and quick to be ready with takeout. I also got the clear broth veggie soup and that was light and delicious. Highly recommend this place! Once a month for the last 2 years I do a 35 mile round trip to get lunch. Always order two of the lunch specials Green & Yellow Curry with vegetables. Included is a Spring Roll and Hot & Sour Soup. Let's start by saying we would normally give a rating of 3 stars- but in light of COVID, they get 4. I ordered the Pad Thai because of the earlier reviews--- but the drunken noodles was so much better. The soft shell crab curry was incredible! And extra points for how they packaged it separately to keep the crab crispy for takeout. The duck basil was tasty- but next time I would get a different meat- because the sauce was great- the crispy duck would probably have been better for a dine in situation. The Thai spicy wings were my son's favorite and had just the right amount of spice. The takeout process was smooth and they did not skimp on the packaging which made the assembly at home easier and much more tasty! read more

Some inconsistencies and some items such as their larb and panang curry are better than others such as their fish dishes. Tried calling this past Sunday for takeout, but they weren't answering phone. Drove by and they were open. Asked why they weren't answering and said they were doing a party. The "party" was one table of 6 people. Asked if I could place an order. They said 40 minutes. Icky describes this place and how it made us feel. The floors were very dirty, food bits everywhere, like they hadn't been swept or mopped in a very long time. It felt like we were eating in a dirty warehouse. The covering on the chair foam seats are all falling apart. We felt like there was no pride of ownership here. So many issues: no straws for water glasses, my food came out 5 minutes after my wife's, duck was burnt on edges and dry, the dish missing the snow peas. I had placed my silverware on a small plate as I didn't want them touching the table, when the waitress finally brought dinner, she picked up my silverware placed it all on my dinner plate and took the small dish away, so now I had a plate of burnt duck covered in silverware, what was I supposed to do with that?
