I can definitely see why not many people would know about this place. I would not have known it till someone pointed out to me. It is a bit off the beaten path off the main highway of if I-10 east of Ocean Springs. I was assured I was going the right way. When we arrived. You are welcome to an amazing place. Woods then opens up to a lavish temple in open field. I would have never guessed this was out here. The people who cater to us are so friendly and supportive. We happen to catch them as they were about to close. They are very limiting on what is available since we arrived so late and they are about to close shop. They are so helpful in offering us what they had available and recommendations depending on your taste and spice level. The food is delicious and you can tell it was home cooked. Pick up a few things. Got an order of Thai wings, Pai Thai, Thai Laab (Larb), and Thai noodles. Everything was delicious and well seasoned. You may think it is Thai food usually associated with spicy food. Far from it. Well seasoned and delicious. Full of flavor. Only thing that might be is Larb. I found it tasty. Other people may find it spicer than usual. I found the little kick only enhanced the great flavor. They are mainly outside. They have few picnic tables and outdoor playground for the kids. We paid cash. I'm not sure if they take cards. I just bring cash to play it safe. Hidden gem if you are in the mood for Thai food on Sunday and in the area.

The kids loved the fried rice -- simple dish but they nailed the flavor perfectly. One of my kids ordered the Nam Tok Nue, which came with thinly sliced ribeye and sautéed vegetables, and it ended up being his favorite dish of the night. The Pad Kee Mao was also really good, especially with how well the basil tied everything together. The real standout for me was the Tom Yum soup. We ordered it at spice level 5 and it had the perfect kick. Most of our dishes were around spice level 3-4, which was very manageable for us. If you're used to authentic Thai spice levels, I'd probably recommend going closer to a 7. Overall, really solid food across the board and definitely worth checking out if you're craving Thai food.

I've driven by, but have never managed to stop in and try their food - I regret that now that we've been. Atmosphere - beautiful, bigger and more spread out than I anticipated. Clean, nice, all around great. Service - we were greeted and seated quickly and introduced to our delightful server who was very polite and took time to welcome and explain a few things as well as offer a great recommendation. Food- our lunch was wonderful. I had the Bangkok Beef that was perfectly balanced with just enough spice to enjoy and not so much as to be painful. My wife had the yellow curry and was equally delighted with her choice. Mom was a little skeptical to go all out and try something different and decided to order some small bites off the appetizer selection - it was more than she could eat and we all shared. Everything was delightful and we'll certainly be back, many more times, with friends, and family.

The worker kept coming to the table asking us "ready yet. Ready yet??" Every few minutes. She then stood there and said "okay tell me what you want" when we were clearly still looking through the menu. Then she asked us "how long do you plan to stay!?" Like, hunny we are the ONLY ones in here. And it seems our patronage isn't appreciated We stayed for maybe 40-50mins total. And the one worker NEVER refilled our water once. We were also not very impressed with the flavors of our food. The restaurant is BEAUTIFUL inside, but honestly I probably won't return because it just wasn't an enjoyable experience. (Of note around 8:15 a couple came in and were turned away by her because "it's too late for the kitchen to make new meals". Then about 8:30 a single man came in, and waited in a chair as his meal was made! --maybe he called it in idk but it was very strange to observe)

The peanut dipping sauce complemented the appetizer nicely. For my meal, I had the Spicy Pineapple Curry with Shrimp. Nice heat and superb flavor. The rice was fresh and provided the filling coolness to the spicy curry. Restaurant had beautiful decor and the service was great. Wasn't busy at all because I went before the dinner crowd. If I had to complain about anything, I guess there could have been a few more shrimp. But still a really satisfying dinner

Rice in Mobile promises an Asian bistro experience with sushi, but don't let the name fool you --…read moreit's mostly Thai. And maybe they call it Rice because that's about as saucy as it gets. Everything looked promising at first -- nice menu, good presentation -- but one bite in and I started wondering if they ran out of sauce halfway through training. The chicken was a bit overcooked, the vegetables were spot-on, but without any sauce to pull it together, the dish felt like an unfinished thought. The salad was there for moral support, and the gyoza was the one shining star -- crispy, flavorful, and seemingly made by someone who still believed in flavor. It's not bad food, just kind of... indifferent. Like that coworker who clocks in early but spends the day rearranging paperclips. Rice could be great with just a little more passion -- or, you know, sauce.

Very nice piano light jazz playing and the restaurant was pretty quiet overall. They seem to do a large amount of take out business. We ordered drinks and spring rolls and TomYum soup to start.
