Place is close to the Grand Theatre where we had reservations for that night. There's a lot of seating but watch out for the ground, its slopes down. Our server is new so there some misunderstanding with what I have ordered. But overall the food was good which is what I am here Just check out the food that we ordered.

A dinner date with my hubby was absolutely fantastic! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was perfectly romantic, and most importantly, it was just the two of us, enjoying quality time together, catching up on life and laughing a truly special evening that rekindled the spark! Our server was the sweetest I forgot to ask him his name

We have never actually sat inside as we usually order food to go. The restaurant itself is definitely outdated, dark and maybe not the cleanest..... however the food was all delicious and I actually feel your portion size is much larger when you eat there then take it to go. The service was great and the food to me has been pretty consistent from day one.

What did it for me here was the service. I wish my Prego brain could remember her name, but our server was the sweetest. She was good about checking in with us and even had them bring us more broth for our soup leftovers to take home. We had zero issues with the food, however I think I've set the bar high for Thai food these days. Ive tried every Thai restaurant in town and a number over the hill. The food was perfectly fine, but it was just that. Not really anything to write home about. With that said, I appreciate a good experience with great service so 4 stars for that! Their hours leave them open on Mondays also, which is a plus in a town where everything seems to be closed on Mondays.

We came to lunch here on Monday because most of the restaurants in downtown closed on Monday and we wanted outdoor seating since it was a nice spring day. The inside atmosphere was not desirable compared to other thai restaurant nearby. They have different menu than tracy thai so it's good for people who want something different to come here. I was disappointed that they don't have papaya salad on the menu. Never been to a thai restaurant which doesn't have papaya salad. Their menu is smaller and doesn't have much varieties of thai dishes. Their pad thai and pad see ew was ok. Compared to most of the thai restaurants we've been to, it fell short. Considering there are better thai restaurants around in tracy and surrounding area, i don't think I'll come back. Service was great but for me food is more important in deciding where to go for the restaurant.

D60. Pad See Ew - you can see not all the noodles are covered in sauce, it was fairly bland with a hint of spice

Ordered the crispy veggie spring rolls, pad see ew and thai tea off of doordash. The spring rolls were crispy and came with a spicy peanut sauce which was good and the usual sweetened chili sauce. The pad see ew needed a LOT more flavoring, it was very bland with a hint of spice. My friends got the pad thai and fried rice. Pad thai needed more flavor and was dry, and the fried rice was decent, had a good texture and was not overcooked but still lacking flavor. Thai tea was good, they have the little circle ice here which is nice. Overall, not happy with the lack of flavor and will not be coming back here unfortunately. Not sure if the food is seasoned for the demographic in Tracy, but coming from the Bay Area I was not impressed.

Working in Tracy, I used to eat here all the time during lunch. It has been a couple years since I have been to the place, but I have always liked it, so I thought it would be a great option for lunch today. My office ordered a couple dishes to go. I had the shrimp pad thai with added beef and medium spicy. The whole dish came drenched in hot sauce. It was unenjoyable and tasted on par to the spicy korean noodle challenge. The color of the dish was so red, it looked like spaghetti. I think the restaurant changed owners? Either way, it was horrible and I don't know if this place deserves a second chance. Choose another place if you are craving Thai food because this one fell off.

The food is always hot and fresh, clean restaurant, fast service. The shrimp pad Thai & veggie spring rolls are delicious as well.

Our service dog felt just as welcome! Thank you for offering him hospitality

The food was refreshing, perfect opportunity for a date in town with wife! Terrific experience and excellent service from Gwen, and all staff. So YUMMY! Service dog friendly! Thank you !

Obsessed! Order almost weekly and their turn around time for take out is quick. Usually just 10 minutes, never disappointed.

This place is great Thai food. It's a mom and pop shop in downtown Tracy. There's nothing fancy about it, but the food is fantastic!

The best Thai food I have ever had. Though the service is really slow but the amazing food outweighs the service.

The Salad Kai and Chicken Basil are just to die for. We ask for extra dressing for the salad and use it on the chicken basil too!

So we walked over to Tracy Thai.... Closed, dang. I looked it up and, My Thai Cuisine was the only Thai food place in town that was open before 5pm on a Friday! So, we wandered in and in so glad we did. We had a great time. The food was prompt and delicious, staff was friendly and kept our drinks topped off. We ordered the Pad Thai (beef) and the orange chicken with a side of thai egg rolls. The perfect amount of food for us, and everything was delicious. I'll say the beef was scarce in the pad Thai, and they didn't ask us about heat level (it had none.) I mainly take one star away because while the inside looks nice, it is not very comfortable seating. The bench seat across the wall is too deep so I couldn't rest my back on it, and the chairs were small so my husband felt like he was spilling over. We swapped seats and did a little better after that. Too small, too big. Lol Overall a good experience though, and we will definitely be back, especially considering they're actually open during the day!

Plenty of clean tables and nice setup inside as well as outside patio seating. Lots of street parking. Ordered several dishes: Panang chicken - sooo creamy good 5/5 Beef Pad Thai - very tasty! 4/5 Bok choy with shiitake mushrooms - love bok choy! 5/5 Garlic prawns - i always order this dish, it is so so delish! 5/5 Hot Thai tea - very refreshing Steamed rice The meal was very delicious! Took home leftovers yep yep And dessert to top it off. Fried banana with ube ice cream. Wow it was a big serving! It was so delectable but couldn't finish it all and took it to go. The server was very cool and friendly. When she took my order, she said she wants to sit and eat with me. So of course to be respectful, I invited her to have a seat and join me Lol ;) Will be back again soon. (My Mom was with me in spirit. This meal was after visiting my Mom's grave.)

RUDE encounter with GESA. The short Asian woman with bleached hair. I've been to this Thai…read morerestaurant before since pandemic and had terrible experience with GESA, we never came back, we decided to give it a try hoping service would be better. As soon as we walked in, we were seated at a table right by the entrance with the door left open, letting cold air continuously blow in, weather is 59F outside, my friend has a thyroid condition that makes her especially sensitive to cold, so we politely asked if we could move to an inner table. At the time, the restaurant was mostly empty (only a few tables occupied), so it didn't seem like a difficult request. When this server--who we later found out was named Gesa--brought our food, I kindly asked if we could relocate. Her response was immediately dismissive. Face looking so upset. She looked around as if the restaurant was full and then told us, in a raised and argumentative tone, that "it's cold everywhere even inside is close to the exit," (which is not true) repeatedly pushing back instead of trying to help. The interaction felt unnecessarily confrontational over a simple and reasonable request. What made it worse was how uncomfortable and unwelcome we were made to feel by GESA. We weren't asking for anything unreasonable--just to be seated away from a cold draft, especially given a health concern. Instead of empathy or basic customer service, we were met with resistance and attitude by GESA the Asian service with bleached hair The food was fine, but the service completely overshadowed the experience. No customer should feel dismissed or argued with over something so simple. I hope management addresses this, especially regarding how Gesa handled the situation, because this kind of interaction drives customers away. Never coming back to this place!
