Food: The food was delicious! I had coconut soup with chicken because I wasn't feeling 100 percent that day. It was great! I also had a little bit of my Dads Pad Thai and it did not disappoint either. We also enjoyed the appetizer sampler that we ordered which consisted of chicken satay, cheese rolls and some fresh vegetable rolls! Service: the service was also good! Our waitress didn't not know very much English which spoke well to the authenticity aspect. I'm glad that people from Thailand were running the place and it showed in the food quality! I love getting my Thai food to go from here! My favorite is the Beef Short Rib Panang. It's so tender and falls right off the bone, and I love putting that Panang curry on just about anything! The Pad Thai, which used to be my favorite, is a solid dish as well, but the short rib has taken the crown. The appetizers are winners as well: the crab rolls, chicken satay, even the salads. Everything is just flavorful and fresh tasting and I'd be going here way more often if I lived closer. The coconut cake and cheesecake desserts are also fabulous! Ordered thru Uber Eats on July 15. Delivery good and food warm. Basil rolls cut into pieces and fell apart, may have been good if left as a roll. Spring rolls were horrible, crunchy with no flavor. General complaint - offering an "American" Chicken and Rice Soup (as our Waitress called it) as the Soup of the Day is disingenuous...at least offer something somewhat Thai (or a reasonable up charge for one)... I visited Thai basil on the recommendation of a friend while visiting Atlanta for the weekend and boy was it good! The staff was so friendly and inviting and the food was equally as wonderful. They even have cooking classes which unfortunately we couldn't attend. My friend had the cashew chicken while I had the pad pack and they were both delicious and more than enough food for two meals. We enjoyed the atmosphere as well there were beautiful pictures of Thailand on the wall and a bar with dark wood and just overall an excellent place to eat. They even have a cute patio area out to side of the restaurant. We'll definitely be back when in the area. read more

The restaurant was packed when we walked in, from what I've heard it is great to have a reservation as we had to wait 20 mins before being seated. There is no waiting area indoors, however they do have a bar where you can be served the full menu if you're dining alone. Their menu is expansive and has a lot of customizable options. They care for your dietary restrictions be it vegan or vegetarian and they make sure fish oil or paste is not added to any broth or stir fries. I highly recommend their pineapple friend rice, it has a smoky flavor and is quite filling. All the food is nicely plated and well served. Their tom kha is also quite flavorful. The ambiance is casual and family friendly. They don't have any stairs and is accessible with wheelchairs and the tables are also appropriately tall. There are accessible stops for parking in front of the restaurant and ample of free parking in the lot. The service is fast. They offer dine in, to go and delivery through all major apps. read more

If you're looking for really good and authentic pad thai, this is the place. It was $16.75 for a chicken pad thai with no add on for the protein. You could even opt out of protein or add tofu. There is extra charges for beef, shrimp, or seafood mix of mussels/shrimp,etc. but tbh chicken is the best!!! The noodles were cooked perfectly and good amount of egg too. This place is excellent! The server was attentive and let my friends and I chat some before coming to take our drink orders. She didn't rush us to order, even though it was lunchtime. I don't love spicy food, so I asked for my Pad See Ew with no spice. The soup of the day was tofu - so good, and I also got their green tea, which came in a teapot so that I could refill my cup as needed. Someone from the kitchen brought our orders out. The most recent one was last week when they started offering curbside pickup. We've tried the following: Tofu Pad Thai $13.95 Tofu Panang Curry $13.95 Tom Ka with tofu (cup) $3.95 Mango Sticky Rice $7.95 The food is incredible! Fresh and flavorful. The portions are generous and the protein to veggie to starch ratio is on point. We can never finish the entrees in one sitting. I'm lactose intolerant, so I really appreciate that their curries are made with 100% coconut milk and are dairy-free. The mango sticky rice is to die for! Theirs is made with sweet black sticky rice. So bomb! The staff is also amazing. They're so friendly and helpful, both in person and over the phone. Curbside pickup went smoothly. I called ahead of time and they met me outside. Very rude service during lunch hour, don't get me wrong the food is good, just poor service every time I've been. Today takes the cake of the 5 total visits on my lunch break. I usually go with a coworker and get my lunch prepared in a To go box since I never have time to finish. When I was given open plastic silverware I noticed black spots on the plastic that would not rub off (picture attached) when I made the sever aware of this she brushed it off and handed me a yet another unwrapped plastic fork with the same gloved hand she had just take multiple payments with. I then asked if they carried plastic covered silverware to which I was given a sharp disregarding no as she showed me her back. That sums up my experiences with this place. I paid (wasted) $17 to have the worst Pad-thai noodles of my life. I ordered shrimp pad-thai and it was a to go order. Usually other places adds good amount of vegetables along with protein. But all I got was cabbage, lots of tofu and few shrimps in my pad-thai, don't know why they have added tofu when I have gone for shrimp only. The taste of the pad Thai is weird and it was sunk in oil. I was so hungry when I ordered the food, reading some reviews about this place and it's food I anticipated the food to be delicious but unfortunately it turned out to be the worst Thai food I ever had in my life.
