There is a little dog, jumping up and down the tables, not what someone in pain wants to deal with. The therapist doesn't give you a plan of treatment, makes you fill out a survey on her and the location while she looks over your shoulder and your done. That is the complete evaluation that they charge you $200 for. I went elsewhere. If the first visit was that bad, what is your treatment going to be like? I would have given them 1 star but the location was new and clean.

I was assigned Anna who was awesome as well as all the assistants showing me the various exercises. The front desk ladies are helpful in booking appointments and running things smoothly. Two and a half months later, I was able to regain my range of motion and strength in the affected area as well. I owe my recovery to Dr. Talia Strahler, she was wonderful, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout this entire process! I would guess that people oftentimes have questions if they'll ever fully recover from comparable surgeries or feel that the process might be too difficult. I had similar thoughts and feelings, but once I got here they all went away. This recovery was definitely a team effort and I thank everyone so much for being the absolute best. It was such a welcoming environment, the staff is easy to communicate with. Scheduling is very easy and flexible, it's wonderful to get reminder text messages about upcoming appointments. Again, everyone is so friendly that oftentimes the work you're doing doesn't really feel like work because you're being checked-in on and/or there is great music playing in the background. This was an experience that I will not forget, nor the people involved! I know that if I ever need physical therapy again that I'll come back here in a heartbeat. Speech goes above and beyond each and every session. Ms. Letty the speech language pathologist assistant is fun and bubbly and always puts a smile on my son's face. Occupational therapy is great as well! Mrs. Jasmine the occupational therapist works hard every single day. After working two locations she's still extremely patient and adaptive to my son. If he wants to be jumping on the trampoline then she's bringing everything for their session into the trampoline. With his difficult behaviors- I get to sit and be present during sessions (when he's not being cooperative) or I can sit in the waiting room. Everyone works hard to provide the best services for my child. I'll admit, having an autistic kid (among many other medical conditions) isn't the easiest job in the world, and can be overwhelming at times but these therapist can handle difficult kids and situations as if they've done it all the time. We were referred due to my son having severe developmental delays, but after coming to TRS-within 6 months my son has had incredible growth. He still has a long way to go but with these therapist there's no doubt in my mind that he won't get there. I love this place, a big thank you to Anne, Asrani, Bryan, and Kim- they are absolutely amazing people. We're happy to be here receiving their services!

It has made a b8g difference with his physical issues. After I needed help before spinal surgery several years ago (age related) I started seeing Dr. Katie too. Before & after surgery I continued to go with him. When I noticed his heart health declining Dr Katie helped track these changes, resulting in his having urgent heart surgery for a 90% arterial blockage. We both continue to go for physical health maintenance improving the quality of our lives & helping us stay independent, living in our own home & enjoying our lives. Staff are knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, and treat us well. I've been in physical therapy before in several states before moving to Texas. The techs scurry around making sure everyone is on track with their routine; they also constantly keep the place wiped down and clean. I really liked the environment at this location, too. The music is motivating instead of annoying, and not too loud. All the patients came from diverse age ranges, backgrounds, and abilities -- so I felt like everyone was made to feel welcome.
