None of these doctors could give me the relief I needed for severe back pain with the pain radiating down my left leg. I was using a walker to get around. I was in constant pain and my pain medication was not giving me any relief. After receiving adjustments for approximately 3 to 4 weeks I was almost pain free. I am now pain free and very thankful for Dr. Zea. I think it is a shame that all of these well educated specialists could not help me and yet they want to criticize chiropractors.

She didn't explain what the treatment will be and just led me to the treatment room. Previous acupuncture places I've been to provided gowns and told me to remove any jewelry. I get that with covid we should avoid gowns, which is totally understandable. But I wish she gave me directions before putting the needles on me. As we started treatment, the first needle hurt. I told her and she requested I wait a little bit. Previously when this happens, the acupuncturist took it out immediately. After some time it still hurt so she twisted the needle. It still hurt after that and she finally replaced the needle. During the halfway check, she opened the door and just asked how it was going. In my previous experiences, the acupuncturist comes and checks each needle and twists them to reactivate them. I wish Lindsay had done this because at the end of the treatment, she said one of the needles fell! I've never had this happen to me before. I could also hear the other patient through the wall, which made it difficult to relax. Overall, I would not recommend this location given that I'm more tense than when I first walked into the door.

All the people that work at KYLE FAMILY & INJURY CHIROPRACTIC are genuine / caring individuals and work as solid positive team. DR. Ralph Sawyer met with me and then I met owner, Dr. Christian Wooldridge who listened attentively to what happened at my neck as back areas. He was concerned for me as Dr. Ralph Sawyer. This showed, I picked the correct chiropractic office. After losing 3 people in a row, my husband and both parents in another country where our family is from. It takes lots out of one. Sometimes our body is affected by trauma as high stress etc. Dr. Christian Wooldridge checked my x-rays and found the problem. I was very happy to hear this and will get adjustments from him as electrical work. This group is extremely caring as professional. Dr. Wooldridge is very intelligent and great at his work. Tammy and JC at the front desk area are compassionate, friendly and knowledgeable ladies. Thank you all and one day, I will meet Dr. Jackie Hernandez, Dr. Christian Wooldridge's wife as she is an expert in the field as well. Wonderful experience. I am very grateful and thank you all! My injury feels better instantly, although it takes a bit of time to defrost afterward. Dr. Miller, (although I get to call him Dr. Correy) knows all about every spinal disk one could rupture and listens very intently to the patient. She is talkative to any interesting subject there is and it will make you want to go back home and bring in some good neighborhood gossip too. The whole practice has truly helped both me and my wife.
