DR Patel is great! Went in with back pain and left with none ! I showed up early they let me know they knew I was there. I got called back on time. The deep massage on my lower back where my pain was hurt but I know it would get better..I could barely move around and turn around to look at things and after leaving I left with no issue . I am amazed. After two visits my back and hip are feeling 80% better. Dustin is transparent about the process, he listens actively, he doesn't make you feel like your concerns are bogus. He is kind and makes you feel relaxed, which is important. The treatment is painful but after I immediately felt better. He explains everything with such detail that you know how to set your expectations well. Sam is great at explaining the stretches and foam rolling and really makes sure you know how to execute them. She's very sweet and a great listener as well. My primary care recommended airrosti after I went to him with lower back and hip pain that was making it hard to walk let alone exercise. I'd heard about airrosti from a coworker years ago but never needed to know more about it. He made the referral and requested an appointment and was immediately contacted. The office is clean, tidy and the appointment is 30-45 minutes long. I've gone to chiropractors for a long time and they do work, but my hip wasn't getting better. I will now also swear by airrosti. Dr. Palm is amazing! We took my son to him for a shoulder injury and Dr. Palm had him back in gymnastics after two visits. This was after six weeks of other doctors telling us to just rest his shoulder and an expensive and unnecessary MRI. I am the skeptic of all skeptics when it comes to practitioners who claim to be able to rid you of pain. Having chronic back pain and fibromyalgia, I've spent tens of thousands of dollars on orthopedists, physical therapists, acupuncture, massage, strength training and yes, chiropractors. And here's what I've learned: not all chiropractors are the same. Many years ago I had a h-o-r-r-i-b-l-e experience with a chiropractor who promised me the moon, signed me up for a treatment plan, and went on to make my pain worse and drain my bank account. Like any other profession in life, there are money-grubbers and quack chiropractors who will see your pain as an opportunity to make hundreds or even thousands of dollars. Dustin Jones is NOT ONE OF THOSE. There's no cracking the back here. He is hyper-focused on listening to the patient, explaining what he thinks he can improve on and then working on the soft tissue. Not gonna lie - it wasn't pleasant when he worked on my shoulder. And just like he warned me, it was really sore for a day or two afterward. But it really, really helped. At a typical appointment you'll spend 30 minutes with him and then 30 minutes with the amazing Sam, who assigns VERY DOABLE exercises -- we're talking 60 seconds each, once or twice a day. She even sends you a link to videos to remind you of what to do. I've been to Dr. Jones and Sam for two issues -shoulder and ankle. Both times he discharged me after 3 or so visits, so no, they don't take advantage of your pain. They truly want you to feel better. I can't speak for other Airrosti clinics, but I would highly recommend this one. Dustin and Sam are a power team. And they're also really good humans. Love them. read more

Dustin and Samantha in the Kyle area were fantastic! Dustin told me he would have me feeling better in 3 visits or less and he was right. This is better than any other physical therapy I have ever been to. Dustin pinpointed my problem areas and focused on getting rid of the pain. I have had knee issues for 22 years from high school. I have learned to live and work around it. Now at 39 it has grown into a daily obstacle that is difficult to avoid. I cannot express how awesome my experience was with Airrosti. They pin point your issue, make an individual diagnosis and treatment plan and begin right away to fix you. I was pain free and armed with knowledge to stay that way after only 3 visits! If you have bigger issues it may take a couple more sessions but that's the amazing thing. They don't want to bilk your wallet or insurance company, or see you more than is needed. They fix you up and set you free. I highly recommend Dr Jones and his team at Airrosti Kyle. I was quite satisfied with my treatment and the outcome. This was my first time receiving Airrosti therapy. I had some chronic low back pain that I had put off getting treatment for. The therapy sessions were not always very comfortable, but were highly effective in both decreasing my pain and increasing my mobility. A patient must be willing to do the prescribed exercises and stretches following/in between the treatments, but the observable results, when done, kept me motivated to follow through with them.
