I've been coming here for almost 3 years. All the people who work there are super nice and…read moresupportive of any needs you may have. My PA IS Brandy, and my doctor is Dr Hynes. Both of them excel at what they do. The office and patient rooms are always clean. The quality of care is excellent and they do everything by the book. I can appreciate that so much. I'm was a nurse assistant. Mainly working with pulmonary critical care and more. So I completely get how things work at the office. I think there motto is "EVERY PATIENT EVERY TIME " because that's what they represent. Great medical care and advice. They truly care about their patients. Also prescriptions always get called in on time. Anyone that has a Pain situation knows, how intense it can be when you have a doctor that doesn't send your medicines on time. But these guys is the exact opposite. They strive to be the best and they are. God bless them.

From records to billing to scheduling. With each transfer comes an authentication, ie, name and then date-of-birth. Perhaps authenticate once? Then with each hand-off is a wait/hold time filled with a recording about all the medical procedures they offer, running in a loop, such that by the end, you are in more pain listening to the recordings while on hold than anything else. Music is bad enough. Please shut off the repeating recorded message.

Review from Medical Vitals about Hans Bengston…read more Don't see this doctor! Self-verified patient of Dr. Hans E Bengtson - Posted on April 12th, 2019 I've never been treated so terrible by a doctor before! No bedside manner at all. He's completely uncaring and rude. I can't say it strongly enough that this "doctor" should not be allowed to see patients! He needs to find another career that he doesn't interact with patients. I left his office feeling worse than when i went in. Third review about Hans Bengston from Vitals Read this about Hans Bengston Self-verified patient of Dr. Hans E Bengtson - Posted on December 4th, 2015 If I could rate lower than one star I would. Dr. Benston and his NURSE Practioner, Mary Blackburn is no longer with ARC, but Benston is with a new pain management clinic. I had continual problems with the 2 times I saw Benston, and found out when I was dismissed from care with Bengstons practice that Mary Blackburn hadn't been keeping notes of issues I'd been discussing with her. On my last visit with Bengston , I found this out , and he wouldn't listen. I know SEVERAL patients that see this Dr and have/had the same experience. This Dr should not be practicing medicine or at least have respect for his patients to take a break from dealing with patients chronic pain condition to see if this is what he indeed wants to continue doing . He's a classic scenerio of a "Burned out Doctor". Another review said he was arrogant, that's an understatement. He is blatantly uncaring about his patients, and it's really sad that he is jeopardizing all his medical training on his negligence . Really sad

We trusted Dr. Kim with ongoing care, which is why this situation was so disappointing…read more We made a 2-hour round trip to a follow-up appointment only to be unexpectedly informed by Ying, the PA, that Dr. Kim was no longer with TriCity Pain, and that May 24, 2024 had apparently been his last day. Patients were never notified beforehand -- no call, message, letter, or any other communication. Finding out at an appointment that your physician had already left weeks earlier is unprofessional and unacceptable for continuity of care. The core issue is a lack of integrity in how this transition was handled toward patients in a pain clinic setting, where individuals are already dealing with significant ongoing suffering and dependence on consistent care. Abruptly leaving without proper notice shows a concerning lack of consideration and accountability toward those relying on treatment. If there was a reasonable explanation for the abrupt departure, it was never communicated to patients. Even in difficult or unfavorable situations, patients deserve a basic level of transparency and a diplomatically delivered explanation, particularly when ongoing care is involved. Even Ying appeared uncomfortable being left to explain the situation to surprised patients arriving expecting to see their physician. To be clear, the issue is not that a doctor changes practices or opens a new clinic -- that is understandable. The issue is how it was handled. Patients deserved honesty, transparency, professionalism, and integrity throughout that transition. UPDATE to previous review: Dr. Kim's response does not address the central concern raised in the original review -- the lack of communication and failure to notify established patients prior to his departure from the practice. It does not acknowledge the impact on patients who arrived for scheduled care and were only then informed he was no longer with the clinic. The response also does not include any apology to patients affected by the lack of notice and disruption in continuity of care. The use of the word "unfortunately" comes across as dismissive in context and does not address the underlying concerns regarding patient communication or continuity of care. Additionally, it references a "2024/2025" departure timeline, which is inconsistent with what patients were told by the practice (May 24, 2024) and does not align with what we experienced firsthand on June 4, when patients arrived for appointments and found he was already no longer there. Overall, the response does not engage with the communication failure or patient impact raised in the original review.
