She was wasting 10 minutes of my time counting large amounts of money and was rudely cutting me off when I said what I want. She put up a paper bag sign saying "Closed" then said that register is closed and pointed to a register next to her. After waiting for 5 minutes because she was counting the money in the register, I asked if a vape product is a complete package. She blew up and rudely exclaimed "I have no idea I don't vape". I picked out a Vuse vape package that I believed had everything included. I asked her one last time and rudely said "yeah that's the full thing". Alright. Paid. Went back to my car and opened the package then realized it's just a battery and charger. I calmly go back in to get pods. I say to the women "I would like a" then cut me off again saying the register is closed, then put a paper bag sign back up saying "Closed". Wait 10 minutes. The male co-owner then tells me to go to the register I was just waiting at before! Keep in mind that there's a line of like 12 people behind me, almost taking up the whole store. Overall a horrible horrible experience and I'll never go there ever again. There's a Stewart's down the block where I'll vote with my wallet instead. The market has that old time vibe of being part of the neighborhood. Amazing selection of Italian goods and some seating. Perhaps most importantly, a really nice selection of creative sandwiches, filled with high quality ingredients, that they can also put on a wrap. I loved the Rabe C, broccoli rabe, fried eggplant, provolone and hot pepper spread. Great flavor combo and a pop of heat from the pepper spread. My wife enjoyed a delicious roast beef wrap and my daughter enjoyed a vibrant pasta salad. All that plus a local orchard sparkling apple cider! Almost forgot to mention, the woman working behind the counter was pleasant and the staff were all professional. I can see why it's a local favorite!

A friend once told me a story about Pine Hills and his sister's ex-boyfriend's roommate. This guy, Philbert, said he was on vacation with his great grandparents in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan and he saw Monty's new commercial during Dancing with the Stars and his senile Great Grandpa Cox was so adamant about having one of Monty's famous Lettuce Sandwiches that he forced Philbert to call Pine Hills and order him one... and DELIVER IT TO CANADA! Monty, a man of the people, accommodated that poor old man's interests and some 7 to 10 days later, he had that lettuce sandwich and it was the best god damn sandwich of his life. I don't think much else needs to be said about the overall quality and customer service of Pine Hills Market.
