That immediate welcome honestly sets the tone for the whole experience. The facility itself is clean, spacious, and very no-nonsense -- two workout rooms, plenty of equipment, multiple bathrooms, two showers, and a water station. I loved the big open training floor, tons of natural light, and the screens showing workouts so you're never guessing what's next. Loud music, proper warm-up and cool-down, easily modifiable exercises, and definitely a legit sweat session. Booking through ClassPass was seamless too, which makes it super traveler-friendly. Only tiny wish? More swag. I was ready to grab a tee but only saw hats and water bottles. Not a dealbreaker though -- this gym gets straight to business and delivers a strong workout without the fluff. So off I went to the interweb and started to research. I found a few trainers and no responses back. Then finally one trainer responded but wouldn't take new clients. She mentioned a woman that she was close with and gave me her Instagram and I was truly impressed by what I saw on Instagram. So I reached out and the rest is history. I obviously first want a body like Jamie's and then to find out she is truly patient, understands that I like to start slow and get the foundation as well as the ground work solid before working in all the equipment and following a strict nutrition plan. She is so knowledgeable about the body and the mechanics of it all too as well as the nutrition side. So ...getting my core strong with inperson once a week and then at home workout a few times a week through an app. Also was concerned about making sure I was just going to be siticking to whole foods and not all these supplements and powders people have gravitedted to. As I move through the months we worked on my breathing and slowly increased the at home work outs and we discuss everything. I feel she is truly genuinely interested in getting the basics and foundation strong first. She is not pushy and drill Sargent like and just feel she is genuinely interested in my overall well-being. Didn't want to let the cat out of the bag and have her so busy she cant give me the babying I need.. but I am excited to see her wants with her practice come to fruition and popularity increase so she can achieve her goals of her own

This studio is a perfect example of how F45 has seriously leveled UP over the years. We're talking squat racks, HYROX-style training, more structured strength programming, and legit community-driven events -- it's not just cardio chaos anymore, it's intentional and well-rounded. The coach? PHENOMENAL. Exactly what you want -- high energy, clearly knows their stuff, and yes... in insane shape (as a coach should be ). The motivation was real without being over the top.
