Today was the last straw for us. Service was so slow that people were leaving, salad had no chicken in it yet was charged for it, and the quesadilla was basically hot sauce soup. It's just so disappointing to see a community favorite go downhill. Hoping things improve soon.

When this Culver's opened it was a great addition to Newburgh fast food. A few months ago we were…read morethere for lunch and the condiment area was a mess. Something sticky spilled, ketchup all over and the ketchup dispensers half open. I called and talked to someone who said they were the manager and they thanked me for calling. Last Thursday we were there and again that area was a mess. I went to the counter, full of employees just standing around talking like usual and asked for the manager. Some younger guy said he was and I told him my complaint. He said well it must have just happened because it wasn't that way before. This was at 11:00 shortly after they opened at 10:00. There used to be some one walking around checking tables, wiping them down and keeping things cleaned. No longer. The staff is there but the kids are all behind the counter talking. I hope this gets corrected and soon. This was a big thing that made Culver's stand out. If not it makes this place just another poorly managed fast food place in Newburgh.

The guy behind me spent almost $13 for his dessert with some toppings. It could break the bank for an average family. The money could go for a good dinner :-). They will go with you for whatever flavor you would like to taste, but the problem is is that there are too many people in the store for this to be efficient. All they offer for a 48 oz container is 6 small scoops of candy. This is interesting because any time I had ordered it IN PERSON, I always got plenty of candy (even scattered on top). But, since I pre-ordered online, I guess quality is less important. The point of the story: if you only do 6 small scoops is mix-ins, why is a phone call necessary? It felt extremely unprofessional to call up a disappointed customer just to argue, and try to tell them how stupid their complaint was. I didn't necessarily want anything free. I just wanted the company to realize an "Everybody's" should have more candy. I could have spent $6 on a tub of ice cream at the grocery store and it would have had more toppings. That's what I'll be doing from here on out because this was ridiculous.
