It's not flashy or very large but the people are super nice, the prices are very reasonable and the technician that did my pedi gave a GREAT foot massage! I chose the $55 Candy Pedicure with lavender scent. It included all the expected things plus hot towel wrap during the extremely relaxing foot massage and hot stone massage on feet afterward. My toes were finished with the pretty OPI regular polish I chose and no one hassled me about how much better gel polish is after I made my decision. I would recommend this salon to anyone in the area! It is clean and I had an extremely pleasant experience! If I'm ever here for work again, I will book another pedi here and request the same technician. Before we even left the salon, half of my daughter's toenail polish was already chipped or completely off. That should not be happening immediately after getting them painted. For my nails, I specifically asked for tips on two of my nails and the technician didn't do what I asked. The clear polish is also all over my cuticles, which makes the manicure look messy and rushed. I also got gems put on four of my nails and one of them has already fallen off after just one day. While this was happening, my daughter needed to use the bathroom and I was trying to get the technician's attention, but she completely ignored me. I had also asked if they could wait to start my daughter's toes until I finished my nails so I could sit with her, but the technician insisted "it's fine, I got it" and started anyway. Overall the service felt rushed and inattentive, and the quality did not match what we paid. I was really hoping for a good experience doing something fun with my daughter, but we left disappointed.

I did not realize that till hours later in the evening. I called next day and they had my wallet safely put away. all my cards and cash was there untouched. the lady told me she waited for me for a while in case I came back for the wallet after the store closed. I was so appreciative that she did that and apologized that I did not notice that I left my wallet there till hours later. From my experience, this resulted in the nail tech RUSHING, clipping my finger tip, sanding top of my toe while removing gel polish from another toe, and drilling my cuticle...in all cases were painful! I understand inflation is on the rise, however that's no excuse! I feel bad for the nail techs being put under this immense pressure, but to compromise the quality of service customer's deserve is never acceptable.
