We have gone to Sentry for years and have a child with a severe disability. We never feel welcomed, getting stares by several employees and also recently being followed up and down the aisles by and older woman employee and most recently by Blake Daniels. Blake followed my family for so long that it made both of my daughters significantly uncomfortable. It is CLEAR that they do not care about physically and neuro-diverse people and have no willingness to accept and accommodate them. And when I sent a few emails directly to Bill, I NEVER received a response. You have to be a horrible person to discriminate against anyone overall but it takes a specific type of terrible to do it to a child. I will not shop here anymore nor will any of my family.
