These guys are SCAMMERS. I went to business for a leak (transmission fluid) from…read moremy wife's 2006 Impala. Got a quote for oil gaskets, oil pan fix sent via text. Total cost $2298. I asked to speak with a technician over the phone because I explained that I personally looked at the leak and that it was not oil. April, the secretary said they are too busy and their technicians don't speak to customers. So I said I would be by to pick up the vehicle. Before they let me have my vehicle back they charged $126 for a diagnostic that didn't look at the issue I brought it in for. They never said anything about charging for the diagnostic, or more importantly the exact amount. Nothing in the diagnostic even mentioned the word "transmission." So I paid, got my property back, and took to another place that diagnosed the problem (transmission leak) and fixed it for $280 total. The mechanic (Chad's) said it was clear what was leaking as soon as he lifted it up. So if a diagnostic was done, how did they miss it and focus on something I had no issue in addressing. I called back demanding a refund for a diagnostic that wasn't done. After speaking with April (the front desk representative) I was put on hold and was able to speak with the owner. The owner, Cathy or Pam, whatever, refused a refund and threatened me to take it to court before immediately hanging up on me like an entitled child throwing a tantrum. Not sure what she meant about the court thing, as she already stole my money. So it appears they wanted to let my transmission fluid leak continue until I brought it back to fix the original issue or for my transmission to go out and foot that bill.
