We rushed to get there, took forty-five minutes, then was told he would not be back for another hour or possibly not at all because he was the owner and could do what he liked! I had to take my car back because the repairs the first time around were shoddy. Someone drove my car like it was theirs the whole time they had it. Ran it out of gas to give back to me. Thank goodness there is a gas station right across the street. When I had to take my car back, the guy tried his best to get me to leave. He talked to me like I was a little kid, yelled at me if front of his office staff. DO NOT take your car to Harrison Body & Paint Shop.

First was told 2000 for the repairs when I called on the phone he informed me it was going to be 2800 I said you told me 2000 he said I found other things wrong. However I was never called nor did I give my okay for the other work. Then the next day I went to look at the car in the daylight there were wires hanging down from the front of the car from where it was repaired and the front end was not even straight and it looked like a 2 yr. Old put this car together. Either it was done on purpose because I got upset on the difference of price or he was just horrible at his job. Of course there was no fixing the poorly done work by him, so my only options were to file suit against this shop or just take it like it is. I don't have time to deal with the whole court thing so I decided to take the car and correct some of the issues myself. I have only lived in the area less than a year and I didn't know where I should or not take the car I took a chance and picked wrong. I hope no one else has to deal with similar issues but I felt everyone should know about our experience here.

The service manager assured us that the repair would be complete upon our return, and that he would call us to let us know when our truck would be available. We returned home at the end of January, 2022 --no contact from the dealership during this period- to find that nothing had been done to replace the sunroof. The dealership had our truck for six weeks and nada. The service manager had no explanation for the inaction and in fact got hostile when we asked why we had not even been called during the 42 days the dealership had our truck. To be fair, we were angry as well, but no apologies for the waste of time or the undelivered work. We won't be dealing with Gabriel/Jordan again.

He gave me a reasonable quote via text. I accepted the quote and we scheduled the repair. He showed up exactly on time at my house, fixed the dent in about 2 hours, and cleaned up after himself so that it looked like he had never been there.
