When I dropped the car off the rental car place didn't have a car approved by my insurance available. As I was calling the insurance company, the receptionist at Crash Champions was calling enterprise and getting them to help me out. I got several texts keeping me informed of what they were doing and when it would be ready. It was ready before promised and in the text they sent to tell me it was ready, they told me I could drop off the rental when I picked it up. My car looks great. I felt cared for all the way through the process and they went above and beyond what I would expect. Great people, great service, great communication.
